They charge for water (wouldn’t give me free tap water, acted like they could only sell me bottled water and I could tell they were even embarrassed of themselves for what they were doing). We ordered 2 coffee’s and food for dine in, not like I was asking for much. The Dunkin’ in the Parkwood Shopping plaza always gives me a free cup of water like every other restaurant. I guarantee when the family members that run this restaurant go out to eat, they expect and order free tap water. Never coming back here again. Free tap water is an American staple. Shame on the family running this place.You can see from other reviews they nickle and dime for things other Dunkin’ locations don’t charge for.

This Dunkin Donuts is located at Philly Mills Mall. I stopped in here on a snowy day cold, tired and hungry coming from a doctor's appointment. The woman who waited on me was new and spoke limited English. She was pleasant and managed to key in my order and then proceeded to get my coffee while my food was being made. She thanked me for the tip I left and wished me a good day. My iced coffee was delicious made just right and my food was hot not just warmed like other Dunkin Donuts I have been to.Vegetarian options: FewDietary restrictions: NoParking: No problemKid-friendliness: Keep them home
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. This Dunkin used to be my go to until they got remodeled and got new employees that don't care. I walked in and seen a guy I thought was the manager take a muffin out of the trash and hand it to someone at the drive threw window. Their ice tea tastes like mildew. CLEAN YOUR DISPENSERS! And get new employees. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and I asked for a jelly packet. Just one small little tiny packet of jelly. They wanted to charge me $0.50 cents for a packet of jelly. I was never ever charged for a packet of jelly anywhere and never from Dunkin' Donuts. They also have a tip jar on the counter which is so tacky and should be illegal. You think I want to tip you for charging me for jelly to put on my sandwich that I just ordered? And when I went to get a package of ketchup he watched me like a hawk. I felt like he thought I was going to steal the ketchup or a napkin. I hope they don't start charging for napkins. Or have to pay a subscription fee for a straw.

Do not go to this Dunkin unless you are ok with employees coughing on your food and drunks without covering their mouths! I watched as they got customers' orders together and coughed on everything without covering their cough! This is absolutely disgusting and is a health hazard. This Dunkin does not care about their customers or the public! I'm wondering if this is going on every day?I saw more than one employee doing it in less than 10 minutes. I took my order and left then threw out my order as I went to Wawa! Dunkin needs to better train their staff at this location on proper handling of food or drinks!

I usually use the drive thru most mornings during the week on my way to work. The owner, always greets you with s happy "good morning" and will ask about your day. They are fast, accurate, and the food and coffee are hot. When you pay you always get a thank you and have a good day.
