The coffee is always cold, no matter what time I go. The only reason I go to this location is because it is close by to my work.

I am so upset and pissed. I went thru a non crowded drive thru at your location today at 1054am. I pulled right up to the speaker spoke clearly and ordered four items. The young man asked me to repeat myself every single time more than once to where I was screaming the order at him that sent me a little bit, but worse things happen right. The entire trip to Duncan was to see my grandmother who is 101 years old. We wanted to surprise her with her favorite Dunkin item a coffee roll. We got our items and got to her house. Opened up her bag and it was a glazed doughnut not a coffee roll a tiny glazed doughnut.( not her favorite item). She then took a sip of her hazelnut iced coffee size small she made a face. There was no sugar at it and barely creamer. It was like rocket fuel. That’s two items completely wrong. The only item the green Matcha latte size medium iced was correct. I also ordered a medium Macchiato. No sugar was added to this either because the order on the receipt red ice only which was not my order. So we spent $25 on A few items and three were incorrect. How does one screw up so badly when there was at least 10 people behind there working and no line through the drive-thru. Get your SH*T together!

Great service

The worker did not listen to the directions I said light ice and she gave me a full cup of ice. It's hard enough today without the workers ripping me off let alone dunkin' donuts with all the ice Baja. The workers need to listen to directions. Need to listen to the words that are coming out of my mouth.....

This is one of my favorite locations to visit !! The staff here are incredibly amazing ! They are always so friendly and so welcoming every morning, no matter how busy they are! But what amazes me the most is that no matter how busy they are, they never make my stuff wrong! I enjoy coming to this location every morning because these employees make my day!

Parking: In a parking lot with plenty of spaces.

Kid-friendliness: This is one amazing staff! The young man Michael is one of the friendliest and most pleasant person!

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking located right in the front of the store with a ramp for wheel chair accessibility.

Quite literally the first review i’ve ever posted because the service at this dunkin is that terrible. Straight clown show going on in there and they can’t get the most simple order right. This dunkin specifically used to be great now everytime i go the service is absolutely horrendous. Shame.

If you like food from the floor and ignorant employees this is ur place nothings ever made right and a family member of mine worked here they treated him like a slave long hours lil to no pay and treated him unfairly he talked to his manager and they didn’t care at all, this place was infested with bugs and mice but this is just bad I hope not all Dunkin’s are like this but ( academy rd parkwood Dunkin Bensalem pa ) is a mess and I would stay away from here if I was you ☠️☠️☠️?????
