Dunkin'

I got an iced latte from there and it was so good. I had to go back through the drive thru to ask who made it!! Will definitely be back and now this is my go to dunkin thank you Ellie!!

Worst Dunkin in the area. Iced Coffee always taste watered down and stale. This is the only Dunkin I have been to where the coffee is noticeably different. Even the coloring is off with the coffee. Service has always been and issue... seriously it takes forever even when ordering pick-up from the app. Would be nice if I could frequent this Dunkin however their subpar product and lack of timely service doesn't allow it.

Used to be an amazing Dunkin but the past couple weeks have just been horrible. Service is slow as can be. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the window even tho I ordered ahead. The drinks aren’t made correctly anymore, the bacon is always burnt. The manager needs to ensure better training for the new people

Got horrible coffee with two cream for a medium size. Coffee taste burnt old nasty very dark in color??? Very dissatisfied

Was online for half an hour, nobody called to take the order online for car drive, when I went next to the cashier the guy said I have to go back to the line, cuz I will take the line and I didn’t ordered yet. That is most zero customer service place Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Why I have to go back if you didn’t come and didn’t take my order over the phone? How long should I wait online. Thank you for the cashier lady who helped me to take my order however still gave me wrong orders. That is not the first time I am having wrong orders. The other day they just forgot to give me donuts and I have to drive all the way back to come and ask for it. Poorest place ever. Obviously manager is not working good here. Don’t go. You will be absolutely disappointed!

Always missing my iced coffee drink up. I don't understand your business is based around coffee and you keep messing up the ice coffee.
As for cream and sugar got iced coffee with nothing in it.No, flavor I asked for the flavor to be.Butter pecanIt tastes horrible.Didn't have any flavor of it.In there, no sugar, no cream.Just coffee with ice disgusting, and then they handed to me that way out the dry the window.I need to stop going there

Jelly doughnuts with a thumbnail drip of jelly. Crullers flattened.
There is a better Dunkin by Home Depot on route 13 and another at the gas station at Woodhaven and Knights. I’d avoid this parkwood location after todays disappointment.

Tired of wasting my money here.Countless times the coffee is cold when it was supposed to be a hot coffee.

They always screw up my order! Today an old bagel instead of a maple bacon I ordered. Never again. Go to Knights rd at least they give you what you pay for.

The person behind the counter kept mean mugging me the entire time I was sitting in the lobby
