This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been to honestly. They don’t know how to make coffee. Always have to ask for it to be remade. Every other Dunkin I go to makes my order perfectly without any issues.

I have to say that myself and many other people I know that liked your order ahead deal on Mondays for 100 points are super disappointed that you took it away from us. You had to do more business with it so I don't understand why you would take it away. I hope that you think about it and decided it's in your best interest to bring it back. We are all keeping our fingers crossed. 🤞
Been going to this place for about 30 years with exceptional service but today I got yelled at for asking for gift cards when they were busy. I think the lady could’ve handled it better but she was incredibly rude. And nobody came to help me or her. Dealbreaker! Sadly I probably won’t be going back there. And I’ll be getting my holiday gift cards somewhere else from now on.
