My bagel was very hard and donut were hard and dry. My drink was made with the wrong ingredients.
The fastest service at any dunkin donuts.I've ever experienced...
I walked in during my lunch break because it was close to my next stop. I go to Dunkin’ all the time and I’ve never been blatantly ignored like that before. I asked one question about the app and when I looked up and politely tried to get someone’s attention, they turned their back all the way to me and everyone else averted their eyes. Horrible service.
Today 11/29 Glenda and Gabe were leading the Dunkin’ Donuts and when I asked for my hashbrowns to be well done, she gave me an attitude and told me that she made it well done and she has other peoples orders to take care of. She stated if I knew how to cook I wouldn’t be there buying food lol
You really should get better management because Gabe tried to keep my money and not service me while Glenda tried to tell me that I could come back there and make my own food if I had a problem with the way that she made it
Thank God for the customer that was there every day that was to jump in and defend me when Glenda attempted to throw stuff at me from behind the counter, and the manager Gabe tried to refuse to give me my money back because I paid with the app and he said there was no way for him to put the money back on the app .
This is extreme unprofessional, and it used to be really really great!
If a customer orders their sandwich toasted and you don’t toast it do you then tell them that they should know how to cook then they wouldn’t need the store to toast the breakfast they’re paying for? No you toast the sandwich if someone ask you to make their hashbrowns well done , and you give it to them and they say it’s still smooshed and they show you where it smooshed you remake the hashbrowns. It’s literally your occupation.
If you cannot handle Customer Service, maybe you shouldn’t be in the customer service industry

I go here every single weekend to get my wife and kid a coffee and donut respectively. Without fail every single weekend at least one item is forgotten, unfortunately it’s the most convenient for us to go to so my wife insists it’s just a random thing. I walked in this morning to get my missing donut so that neither of them would go without having breakfast however they could not have cared less even with a receipt in my hands.

I visited Dunkin' on September 3rd around 6:30 p.m., and I just want to take a moment to recognize the two workers who were there. They were incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Their friendly attitude and warm service made my visit a great experience. I really appreciate the positive energy they brought, and I hope they get the acknowledgment they deserve for their excellent customer service

Waiting for a cup of coffee when I’m the only one on the restaurant-10 minutes
And anette the manager doesn’t even give a damn because she and another employee are counting the money, other one is mopping and the only guy that supposed to take the order is having conversation with his GF next to the door.
