Incredibly rude. Didn’t look like he wanted to be there. Was on his phone when I approached the counter. Denied use of the restroom. Asked politely to use the restroom. Literally just told me “No” and shook his head. Didn’t say why or anything. I guess it’s only for paying customers, but I won’t be one.

Bagel was barely toasted, sandwich was cold, hash browns were hard as a rock and looked funny. Bad experience. Would highly recommend going to the one in the Fashion District or in the convention center. Food came put as if they didn't care...which they probably don't🤷🏾😭🤮🤢

I've been to that place a bunch of times for breakfast and brunch, and every single time, my order gets messed up. When I try to get it fixed, they act like I didn’t explain myself well, but I know I said exactly what I wanted. I showed them my receipt only to be ignored by them. I ended up spending more money for the right order but was stuck with the wrong one. Instead of tossing it, I gave it to some folks outside who could use it. At first, I thought it was just a little mistake, but they keep letting me down. I’m not going again, I’m not wasting my money. There was this new employee who was having trouble with putting down the order only to be shoved to the side and ignored by another employee. It’s just sad to see and rude of them to mistreat a new employee. Hope this helps!

Sign on restrooms saying “out of order”. While I was there, two staff used the restroom. After finishing our drinks I asked if I could use the restroom and the lady told me they’re out of order. I said I saw her just use them and she replied “that was for something else”. Poor customer service and average coffee.
