Bagel was barely toasted, sandwich was cold, hash browns were hard as a rock and looked funny. Bad experience. Would highly recommend going to the one in the Fashion District or in the convention center. Food came put as if they didn't care...which they probably don'tš¤·š¾šš¤®š¤¢

I've been to that place a bunch of times for breakfast and brunch, and every single time, my order gets messed up. When I try to get it fixed, they act like I didnāt explain myself well, but I know I said exactly what I wanted. I showed them my receipt only to be ignored by them. I ended up spending more money for the right order but was stuck with the wrong one. Instead of tossing it, I gave it to some folks outside who could use it. At first, I thought it was just a little mistake, but they keep letting me down. Iām not going again, Iām not wasting my money. There was this new employee who was having trouble with putting down the order only to be shoved to the side and ignored by another employee. Itās just sad to see and rude of them to mistreat a new employee. Hope this helps!

Sign on restrooms saying āout of orderā. While I was there, two staff used the restroom. After finishing our drinks I asked if I could use the restroom and the lady told me theyāre out of order. I said I saw her just use them and she replied āthat was for something elseā. Poor customer service and average coffee.

Charged for more than I ordered and refused to refund. Unbelievably terrible service. Stared at me as I showed them the receipt and then just ignored me. Will just chargeback my card and never return.
Most unwelcoming and unaccommodating staff ever. Seems like itās family owned and ranā¦ why buy a Dunkin franchise if you hate serving people this much. I go here every morning for necessities and start off my day on such a bitter note.
