It was so gross I ordered my coffee I turn around to walk out and there was a HUGE ROACH I walked out didn’t even drink my coffee but sat a watched the 2 guys working there pointing at the ROACH and laughing at it… I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IS THIS PLACE AGAIN….
Worst experience I came and ordered coffee and they did not have multigrain bagel and ordered the everything bagel and I was not able to chew the bagel, may be don’t server the fresh one and I had wait really long to get a replacement , where they said they don’t have everything bagel and gave me croissant instead of that. Also they let strangers come and use restroom were as customers they wait really long for using restroom even after giving the order. Not happy with service!!!
Food is old, Never go again
I ordered a drink through the app. When I got there, it was one employee who was moving as slow as a snail. There was only one customer who was waiting for her order. My drink was not ready, so I waited patiently for the employee to finish the other customers' orders. I returned the next morning for an in store purchase. This time, it was two employees, and they both seemed to be moving steady. My wait time was not long at all. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a crossiant with Hash Browns and iced coffee. Also, I ordered a French Cruller, and it was put in a cute little gift bag. Everything was tasty and hot. I was a little frustrated with the wait time during my first visit. but I will return to this location.

Please for the love of all that is holy, toast your bagels. Placing mobile orders weekly and anytime I get a CC bagel toasted YOU NEVER TOAST IT. WHY HAVE THE OPTION TO SELECT "DARK TOAST or LIGHT TOAST" when clearly your toaster is broken. Awful experience.

The sandwich was warm, and by the time I got to dealer up the street, sandwich was cold. Cheese was not melted on egg. I ended up throwing it out.

That place confuses orders all the time, they don't speak English and what you order they never grill and they delay you very badly donk King donats

If I could give this location a zero star I would. I ordered my food and coffee. I asked the guy if a specific coffee counted for the deal they had going on and he said yes. I went in there asking as my first question before I even went to order. So I checked my recipient and he didn't give me the deal. So I asked about it and he says he never said that it was part of the deal. He kept telling me he never said that and he couldn't hear what I was saying. Yet he responded yes when I asked him about it in the beginning. When I asked for a refund or something he can do he said, he couldnt do anything. The worker seemed like it was his first or second day and he was there alone. So he couldn't help me and honestly didn't want to help me either. Why would you leave someone who doesn't know anything to run a store alone and they have the nerve to tell a coustmer that I basically made it up because he never said that.

I went today w my friend and this employee, oh my gosh, she was so nice. She told us to enjoy high school and was just extremely nice. We made sure to leave 2$ in the top jar, xx

Got Machiatto instead of matcha, as a result got High blood pressure as I don’t drink coffee at all.Came back.The sale associate was rude and appropriate, agued with me that I ordered macchiato.On my point the staff should be trained better to speak and understand English well.

When the old manager was there the service was great & my coffees were always made correctly. I just received a watered down ice coffee and I’m so irritated. Now that my coffees are a hit or miss & I’ll never know what I’m getting, It’s time I find a new Dunkin’. So disappointed b/c this Dunkin’ was conveniently in my morning route.
