I just came today 26th January. When I asked my mobile order they thinking that I’m delivery driver and saying hey confirm order or I’m not giving you. What’s hack is it . They think if I’m not white they should think I’m working on DoorDash ? It’s disrespectful.

We stopped for coffee, and even with 3 people working, we waited 20 minutes for 2 lattes. People in the drive thru got their coffees much faster. In addition, I asked for oat milk, and they used the same pitcher as almond milk and they don’t clean the steamer between uses. I’d never go here again.
The man here at night EXTREMELY RUDE and Angry beware. Avoid at all cost.
Older uber driver missed the speaker so I had to knock at window while he was mopping the floor. Mind you I already placed a mobile order. He came to window to scold me about using the speaker. I explained yeah with smile and told him I ordered already and he continues to scold me catching me off guard about using the speaker. Very Hostile. Close the shop and just go to sleep.

The worker (male) in the night shift is very rude. I have never seen such a rough worker in Dunkin branches. The customers before me had the same opinion. So this worker will always be rude to everyone. So I don’t recommend this filal (in the evening) to anyone.
