Unfortunately. This location always gives me an issue when I order my iced tea. I asked for granulated sugar because the liquid has an aftertaste I don’t like, not only does he not give it to me when it’s an option on the app, but he proceeds to lie to me after I asked why isn’t there any sugar settling on the bottom. My regular Dunkin location doesn’t ever give me such bs.

You have to change the guy who the orders in drive through! He doesn't make a difference between a black coffee and latte !!!! He is also a liar ! He may know how to make a donuts, not how to take orders.

I asked make my order without ice,They did not make my order.
Terrible frozen coffee. The drink was mostly just ice, with barely any flavor to it. The ice was crushed so poorly that I couldn’t even sip it through the straw—just a total mess. I paid almost $6 for something that was practically undrinkable. I’ve had good experiences at Dunkin’ in the past, but this was definitely not it. Very dissatisfied and won’t be coming back for frozen coffee again.
