Terrible frozen coffee. The drink was mostly just ice, with barely any flavor to it. The ice was crushed so poorly that I couldn’t even sip it through the straw—just a total mess. I paid almost $6 for something that was practically undrinkable. I’ve had good experiences at Dunkin’ in the past, but this was definitely not it. Very dissatisfied and won’t be coming back for frozen coffee again.

I was there in drive through early morning the girls over there doesn’t matter about the orders or who are in the side just Kah kah kah inside I hate that
Today morning me and my daughter wanted order some coffee. We were discussing about choosing, but the girl who was at order couldn’t wait, there was only one car before us. She said come to the window, and explain she couldn’t hearing us, it was lie. Than we ordered coffee, I asked sweet coffee but she didn’t. Also strap was very small and I got dirty ? I became obsessed to go another place and order new coffee and asked to gave me big strap. My day started very bad ????

Ordered a refresher and it tasted like cleaner. You could even smell the cleaner. Everyone is always nice at this location. The cleaner aspect scared me. I’m editing this to add that I decided to give this dunkin one more shot. This morning 5/15/24 I got a Boston cream donut that had almost all of the frosting off of it. I’m disappointed yet again.

Only ordered coffee here. Staff seemed nice enough. Issue, as others have said, was the bathroom. They only had the key to the men's room and it wasn't really that clean. There also wasn't a sign saying you need to ask for the
