I always get a coffee and breakfast sandwich every morning and the woman makes everything perfect. Always have the best conversation with her. The order might not come out fast, only because she’s the only by herself every time. She tries her best to give us our order on time. But overall, the service was excellent.

The barista doesn’t even know the liquid cane sugar syrup. When asked for an iced latte, it tasted like an iced coffee. Clearly she doesn’t know how to make anything.

I came here yesterday to grab a bite to eat the older chick who works there is nasty she has a nasty attitude and has a very nasty personality she served me molded food and wanted to take her time on giving me a refund when I had a uber waiting for me outside which if he left me would of caused me to lose my ride and money along with being hungry this was terrible I’ve never experienced something like this

I asked to make a large mango pineapple lemonade but with a minimum amount of ice. The first point is that my request for ice was ignored. I understand that due to the ice you pour less liquid and that this drink is not intended without ice, but come on guys, not all people ask for a small amount of ice, you could have made it. The second point is that for some reason their syrup was not in the original packaging but in some bottle. This should have alerted me, but I thought ok. As a result, I received cold sour WATER, since in the end there was not much lemonade in it. For the record, I often take this lemonade and know what it tastes like, and the “lemonade” from this place upset me the most. And it's not even about the money, but the fact that I was hoping to drink my favorite lemonade on the way to work, but I had to throw it out and buy it somewhere else. Disappointed expectations are worse than lost money. Be careful.

This Dunkin Donuts is located at the very end of the Neshaminy Mall parking lot. The people here are always pleasant and provide very good service. When I order ahead on the app my order is always waiting for me in the pickup tray. My coffee is always made to my order and my liking. It is always hot or cold depending on what I have ordered.
