The lady at the window at 3:59 pm April 12th is rude and likes to think people are stupid. I work at Dunkin and have been for 4 years and instead of listening to what I’ve asked for 2 times she’s made my artic cherry with sparkling water AND LEMONADE! I only asked for the sparkling water to be substitute out with lemonade then when I corrected her because she said she can’t do that she gave me just plain lemonade. As a Dunkin employee personally she should be fired and to boot the iced coffee is bitter and I told her “please make sure you stir the bottom of the iced coffee shuttle so it can taste better” this store has completely decreased in the past 2 months.

Be aware of the scam if you don't go directly there and go to let's say the tag place next door, be prepared to have a boot device put on your windshield. NO VISABLE SIGNS UNLESS YOU GO TOWARDS THE DUMPSTERS. No warning about the time frame, after hours and such went to pick up Chinese food and found the device.

came here before going to my work site and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with a black coffee. the $6 meal deal was a real money saver and really good. staff were super polite and made my experience here pleasant.

This was my favorite dunkin until today!! This morning I ordered a frozen coffee. Ok the cashier hands me the coffee and she says I don't know what's going on with it. Confused I'm like ok and drive away put the straw in and when I pick the cup up coffee spills all over as I drive. I'm looking at he cup like did they over flow it? Looking on the bottom is there a hole by this time my cup holders are filling with coffee! They gave me a cup with the WHOLE SIDE with a slice?!! What a mess on me and in my car !! Do better dunkin!!!

Very amazing customer service and great quality? all the food was expeditiously delicious and working environment was extremely clean, I walked in with a frown and left with all teeth showing, safe to say I will be coming back , this week, next week and definitely the weeks after that, go here if you love yourself?

This is my favorite Dunkin i’ve ever been to. The workers are so great and so positive. My orders never get made wrong and the few times when something was a little off the workers were quick to correct it with a smile on their face!!

GENERALLY bad service for one reason or another. You get lucky sometimes though. Today I was sevlrved an iced coffee despite ordering a much more expensive iced latte. That was after having to wait like 10 minutes for them to get done with the ONE car in front of me. Seems like no one ever knows what's going on at this location.
