I would give it a 5 star for the great staff and the fact that my coffee is always good, but why do they wait until I get to the drive thru to make my on the go order? Isnt the point of the on the go order to save time?

I went to get coffee and they didn't have any available so lady made fresh coffee for some reason when I got to work and drink some of coffee it was cold and nasty.
