The food was okay. They don’t follow directions per my non toasted bagel. My ice coffee was tart and non sweet at all. The ppl who take the orders are rude and really not inviting. I’ve worked customer service jobs in the past & I would never be the way they were on the job. I stood at the counter for 7-10 minutes waiting for all 3 girls to get finished talking/flirting with a guy in drive through to even acknowledge me at all. 2/5

For years I’ve tried many DDs in Philly & NJ and this is my favorite. First thing in the morning between 5:00–6:00, the ladies are always on point with my coffee and sandwiches - their service and kind voices whether over the speaker or at the service window hasn’t gone unnoticed. This place is awful! I went here before church with 20 minutes to spare. We walked in and the employees were mean already. They said that the card machine wasn't working but we could use the kiosk. The lady in front of us took 25 minutes to order her freaking coffee. I asked the lady if I could swipe my card at the drive thru payer, and she said "you don't have a car, so no" The food I eventually order which was absolutely disgusting I hate this place so much the food was inedible. And the employees were so mean for no reason.

I have to give it one star since I just went at 7:49pm to buy a dozen donuts and when I went to open the door I found it closed and it says here that they close at 10:00pm. I would appreciate it if you could find out why it was closed before the usual closing time.

Been going here for years, by far my favorite Dunkin in the city. The coffee is always made correctly and food always good. One thing that makes it even better is the young lady at the register inside, always happy, friendly, energetic and smiling. I wish i knew her name but she was working the register 5/30 at around noon. Great customer service. :)
Terrible, don't listen or pay attention to details. My girlfriend is allergic to the liquid cane sugar that is used for the dragon fruit refresher. And I constantly told them use grain sugar only. They didn't and completely ignored what I said. Now I'm sitting in the hospital with my girlfriend, she had a reaction. They will be hearing from my lawyers.
