I am across the street doing laundry on a Sunday afternoon so I decided to cross the Street to visit and purchase some goodies at DUNKIN. Just got my hot sandwich with my refreshing Matcha and a wonderful customer service by the cashier that took care of me. I know now and days we are going through things and having rough times but to be able to go into a location and make your purchase so smooth and happy with respectful and well mannered customer service is top-tier. The location on Torresdale Avenue across the street from Tacony laundromat.

Do not order and hand made drinks here, they tilt the sugar bag upside down in every drink they make, leaving a sugary disgusting drink that isn't drinkable.

Terrible. Croissant over cooked. Sausage not well cooked. Sour dough bacon egg and cheese terrible. They are cheap on the bacon . Hash brown taste damn old.. never again will I visit this place..

Went to this Dunkin this morning and ordered 24 donuts and paid $31.29. I only received 19 donuts. I was asked if I wanted them in a box or paper bag. Unfortunately for me my grandchildren already dug in to the donuts before I could get a photo. The donuts were in a large box that hold 12 donuts and a small box that holds 6 donuts and one donut in a small paper bag. I feel as though this employee took advantage of me because I’m a senior citizen. If this is how they treat seniors then I’ll take my business to Yum Yums next time I want to treat my grandchildren.

I don’t understand how they’re supposed to be open by 4 AM but they continue to keep the lights off and don’t answer you till 4:30 AM like these employees just make their own hours horrible!!!!!! bad service ! Online it says open and you order a mobile order and everything and you can’t get your mobile order till 30 minutes later because they want to be lazy and not open till 4:30 AM

The food was okay. They don’t follow directions per my non toasted bagel. My ice coffee was tart and non sweet at all. The ppl who take the orders are rude and really not inviting. I’ve worked customer service jobs in the past & I would never be the way they were on the job. I stood at the counter for 7-10 minutes waiting for all 3 girls to get finished talking/flirting with a guy in drive through to even acknowledge me at all. 2/5
