Only issue I have for example today I ordered a decade iced Carmel craze latte, they didn’t make it right the girl added cookie crumbles instead of the Carmel part on the whip cream.. the Asian lady who saw gives me the order went back to her and explained but didn’t correct my order and handed to me like I wanted it. This is why I don’t like going to this location sometimes. Everyone is nice but correct the order if you see it wrong. I was already running late and couldn’t get the right order

The Dunkirk Donut on Cottman and Torresdale ave has changed sooo much. They took the dining out because the homeless/ addicts started sleeping under the tables and getting high inside the bathroom. They would also get high in the bathroom. The addicts literally follow customers inside and beg for money ( not food or drinks) and cigarettes. Alot of ppl offer them resources to get help like rehab, detox and housing. They get aggressive to the point where the employees call the cops on the daily. It's so sad. But even sadder for paying customers bc they get harassed

It's gotten better. Too bad no more indoor seating
I love it
Got the dunkin combo which is a sandwich and hashbrown and hot coffee for 6 bucks. Sandwich was good, came as I requested toasted and hot. However, hashbrowns were old and cold as if they were from yesterday. Coffee was old and lukewarm and just not good. Being that I went in person I thought it would be better. The prices are better than grubhub in person. Service was the only good part. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is non existent. There are no tables inside anymore to sit and eat its pretty much takeout or drive thru. Go to the Mayfair Diner down the street...better coffee and food and its always hot.
Good place, gd service, haven't get any issues. They always make everything right. Also the coffee have the right sugar. I think is a china that most of the time is getting my order, most of the time she speak Spanish, lol I she talk clear and nice,I give her that.🌟
Refused to let my 3 year old use their bathroom. Something about not needing to let us use their employee bathroom because their "lobby isn't open" while I am standing in their lobby. Hope the world shows them the same compassion than they showed us.

The kids and I stopped through the drive thru around closing time. I knew they were closing, so I didn't order what they didn't have. The best part was that they offered to make whatever we wanted. The service was perfect. The two people on duty were professional and kind. Thank you for being so nice to us. My children are young. You both set an excellent example.

You can't put your fingers in a coffee cup and serve
You can't touch your phone and pants and serve people food .
This place are dirty and they need to be cleaned
7/11/24 came at 9:25pm and was told they are closing and not serving any food. Absolutely unacceptable and lazy.
