I usually go this dunkin around 1 pm but today visit here in around 10:50 the old lady work here is very rude otherwise everyone here is so nice

The people that work at this place are rude af. No hello or nothing, and purposefully gave me the wrong donut?? Why? I don’t know. I also can not have caffeine. Asked for a decaf and got regular. This is unacceptable. Go somewhere else.

Coffee tasted burnt, worker was bickering to himself, then was very short with me while I ordered. Definitely didn't seem like he liked his job, won't be coming back to this location.

I love this Dunkin’. I visit this location Monday through Friday. I am always met with smiling faces and All of the staff knows my name and my order. In case you guys don’t hear it enough, you’re doing a great job. I appreciate what you do.

I typically get my coffee from here and it’s never the same every time I go. On this particular day, the cashier was Rhiza. Not sure if that’s her name but she’s the older Asian lady. Her customer service was trash, she had an attitude the entire time, rushed my order and got it wrong. I asked for oat milk 3 x’s, she tapped the screen which made me believe that she substituted regular milk for oat milk. Upon receiving my coffee, I took a look at my receipt and realized she never made the changes I asked for. She has to go, immediately!

I get when it’s slow employees take breaks or chill but offering no solutions to not having something in my order I prepaid for mixed with complete apathy was too much. I literally said excuse me there’s a big bug in the corner shawty looked me in the eye said nothing turned back around into her conversation, looked back at me like a full 5 mins later I said again hey there’s a bug here are you gonna clean it up she goes yea. Then proceeded to sit there and have a 20 min conversation in person, which continued until she called someone on the phone then went in the back. The bug still there as far as I know.

I would avoid ordering here before 9 a.m. most days. My order of two coffees and a bagel took 45 minutes. I feel bad for the employees because management is a gross failure and should really reconsider their career if they are putting their employees through that.

Very slow service. No greeting when I came in but the worst part was lack of hand hygiene. One young girl with gloves on was making food then moved a broom and dust pan then went back to touching food and equipment with the same gloves on. One young man who who using the broom and dustpan put them aside and started making drinks with no gloves and no handwashing. The older Asian lady who who working the cash register touched drinks while they were being made and then the donuts. I’ll be going to Wawa from now on.
