Rude service 1 person speaks English everyone looks at you and ignores you. I would rather travel out of my way to go else where or just do wawa where they are respectful!!

Almost every day I go to this location for my coffee and my breakfast. I always order the same thing maple bacon sandwich on a croissant. When I open, my sandwich is not the sweet maple bacon that I paid for, but only regular bacon. At first, I thought it was an honest mistake but, it’s been happening more frequent. I don’t understand why I pay for one thing but get another. Dunkin at this location can you answer?

The staff here are very nice and professional. I can tell that they keep up on making fresh coffee. The manager in the morning is very nice always telling me to have a good day and asking how my day is going! Its only a chain in the outside. On the inside it feels family owned!

You need a Monster Truck for the drive thru. The pot holes are so bad in the parking lot especially when you exit on to state road. Outrageous it's like the surface of the moon
Most horrible dunkin’ donuts!!!! I just bought a CARAMEL FROZEN COFFEE from here not even 10 minutes ago and they made me a caramel cream frozen coffee with all the whipped cream and fancy shit. when i told them that’s not what i ordered tried to argue and gaslit me that, that is what i ordered when its in FACT NOT and i order this drink at multiple different locations and never ran into them randomly adding the whipped cream and cinnamon sugar which I DO NOT like. They took the drink back and act like they “remade” it when really they scooped the whipped cream off and put into new cup and i can taste how sweet and sugary it is cause i have had the CARAMEL CREAM FROZEN COFFEE and didn’t LIKE IT. I have diabetes and this is not ACCEPTABLE!!!! Horrible management and ran.

Will never go here again! I ordered a hot latte. I saw three people standing at the machine then 4 people and a lot foam. After watching ten for a couple of minutes I asked a lady could I get. Refund and she said nothing and walked away. Another lady brought me the latte and it was like warm. I again asked for a refund and finally got it. Terrible customer service. Terrible coffee
