Will never go here again! I ordered a hot latte. I saw three people standing at the machine then 4 people and a lot foam. After watching ten for a couple of minutes I asked a lady could I get. Refund and she said nothing and walked away. Another lady brought me the latte and it was like warm. I again asked for a refund and finally got it. Terrible customer service. Terrible coffee

It's a Dunkin donuts. They will get you what you want. It's totally fine. I go here all the time.

So much has changed ever since the new manager has came. Excellent customer service and is extremely friendly. Love coming back to this dunkin each and every time. I always feel welcomed. Definitely would recommend to others.
