8/17 4pm I never leave bad reviews BUT I have been coming here for 5 years, recently I have been experiencing nasty attitudes from staff and being told I can’t order food because the ovens are being cleaned, I ALWAYS TIP the staff and I don’t appreciate such nasty attitudes, burnt bacon and smushed hash browns. Please treat your loyal customers better! I will never ever go there again!

Just was there 8900 Frankford Ave @2:15 pm girl at drive thru was the worst when I asked for a manager or supervisor she said nobody was there - unless Andrea is there at drive thru or Chris forget it - ice coffee not stirred I brought it to her attention she said they are new and shrugged it off like I was bothering her I said I’m a good customer she stared right thru me I asked their names she just kept staring and said I’m not given you my name or the person who made your drink .. just floored because usually the service is perfect there ! All the drive thru people except this girl are great there she is new never seen her as I’m there every day smh couldn’t believe this experience
