This is a very good Dunkin Donuts located on Welsh Road near Holme Circle. The service here is excellent and they have a large seating area if you want to hang out with friends or work on your laptop. Thet also have a drive thru if you prefer.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I brought my family to this dunkin to treat my baby to his weekly treat as I have done so every week .. The cashier with albinism and the dark skin manager was extremely rude had bad attitudes and whispered negative comments about my family the entire time I was in this establishment… I will never be returning and I pray they receive customer service training expeditiously .I would never expect to be treated like this in my own community if you don't want to work in customer service get a new job don’t treat the customers with malice

Paid for a meal with a drink online. Left with no food, no refund. They refused to make my sandwich without bacon, saying they couldn't make my sandwich with only egg and cheese. Thwy said I'd have to get bacon on it even though I don't eat bacon. I asked for a refund since I never received the food and it wasn't prepared yet. They refused. I'm just done with dunkin' and the rude foreigners they employ.

I love Dunkin but this one I had enough of they are so disgustingly rude. My DoorDash order was wrong so I went to the store and asked why and the girl gave me attitude and lit said they ran out then walked away and remade my food how it’s supposed to be it’s up with her next time she wants to lie and mess up my food and make me drive to fix it.

In the summer I always enjoy the ice coffees in wintertime. The hot coffee is the best. The service is great and usually I always get a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Love them
I was really surprised by how bad my experience was today. I've come here for years and never had an issue before. The cashier was completely disrespectful. I was looking at the calorie counts on the donuts (not in line). Next I hear "you good!". I decided to ignor the tone and placed my order. I get my order, no napkins or straws and they walked off. Someone else gave me some. My daughter needed to use the bathroom it was a coded lock. I go back to counter, the same cashier makes a face and again says, "you good!" With the same cranky tone. I ask for the bathroom key code it didn't work. It was for the MENS ROOM! We' re about to leave my daughter asked for a bottle of water. I was charged 2$ they came back with TAP WATER! I don't know what is going on here but that was clear bias from the cashier!

I hate that i always have to double check if they did not forget to put whipped cream on a coffee. And they always do!!! This time i was in such a hurry that i didnt do double check and of course as soon as i take the lid off i saw that there was no cream on the top!!! That is the last time i bought coffee here
