I want to the window to get my order but instead I had a employee woman screaming at me and taking to me so rudely so I had to go inside and get my order I have been there multiple times and the service hasn’t always been the best but this one made me leave a review like this

I used to love this Dunkin’, come here everyday almost, not lately. & the ladies were amazing and quick and super nice! Now, total opposite. These kids working here are horrible! Today, my last time coming here, again these kids messed up my order, mumble instead of speaking normal, talking to each other rather then actually working, & while tryna get there attention to tell them my orders wrong they look at you like I’m in the wrong out crazy. Horrible service now.

My meal came out SO fast!
Didn’t make all my food. All I received was my drinks and not my food.
Coffee tasted like soapy water. Never again.
The employees are arrogant at this dunkin.
My experience is delightful the service is quick, the place was very friendly.. I give a two thumbs up and the coffee cup of happiness
