A location that invested in renovation, but still couldn’t train employees on basic customer service. Ordered an avacado toast that was topped with bacon, that looked like it was scraped off the bottom of a burnt pan. When I went back to ask about it, I was told this is what “bacon bits” looked like, and offered to do absolutely nothing about it. This is something I have bought in multiple locations, and it has never looked like this. It’s one thing to do poorly on an order, it’s another thing to tell the customer there is nothing they are going to do to fix what they paid for. It’s no surprise this location has deteriorated over the years. It’s so simple, treat customers in a way that makes them want to come back.

When I first pulled up I waited for about 5 minutes in the drive thru line ,it wasn’t moving so I proceeded to park and go inside . I went inside ordered a donut , sandwich and two hash browns an a hot chocolate. I received my food and donut within 3 minutes ,I looked up as asked was that my hot chocolate being mad in the coolata machine , nothing being measured correctly just free styling so i asked for my money back because now i don’t have any additional time to wait here for them to free style another way of hot chocolate. The lady kept insisting they don’t do refunds they can only just try to make it another way . So one of the gentleman in there offered a cooler beverage in replacement since they refused to give me my money back . Even though I went there for a hot beverage I had to settle for cold beverage that cost way less . Had i known prior to paying for the hot chocolate the machine was down , I wouldn’t have paid for it and if you guys can’t complete the service that was paid for , I don’t understand why I can’t a refund .

NURSES AVOID THIS DUNKIN! I placed my mobile order this morning on the way into work. Twenty minutes before I arrived!! I got there and the drive through was like 15 cars deep. Went to go to the lobby… doors are locked. So I join the drive through when someone else gets out their car. I yell to them (another nurse) that the lobby is locked and she said she does this every morning. She walks up to the drive through window on foot to get her mobile order. Like what? So I sit in the drive through for 15 minutes and in that time, two cars moved. So I get out of line and head to work, leaving my already paid for breakfast. I decided I would call and tell them to trash it and dial tone…. THEY HAD THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK! Turn off mobile ordering if you’re going to ignore your clients walking in and calling.

This place was great and now it’s a dump!! Takes an hour just to get to get one coffee!! People hang all in there and do not buy anything!! That area use to be great but not anymore, I avoid this pls e if I can !! The mall is good though. And all the stores are redone ? It’s sad how things quickly change !! Everyone in the store is rude ! Included the staff, I’d stay away and go to a different dunkin !! It’s sad

It's really frustrating that they don't remove the order ahead option to pick up your coffee in store when they keep their doors locked. I stopped coming to this location because I was sick of doing a mobile order, getting to the store and the doors are locked and then I need to wait in the drive through for a bunch of time to get the coffee I already paied for. They closed this location, remodeled and then opened again. I assumed maybe they would be good now. I ordered and was able to walk in store! Awesome. But only one time. Today I did the same I ordered my coffee and went to open the doors when I got there and lucky me the doors are locked. I was almost 20 minutes late to work because I had to re wait in the long drive through line to get my already paied for coffee. REMOVE THE OPTION IF YOU CANT PICK UP YOUR COFFEE IN PERSON. ridiculous.

This is not my original location I go to. I bought a coffee and it was horrible tasted like chemicals!!! I ended up going to my favorite location to buy another coffee!!! I did show them and they smelled it!! For sure something was wrong!!!
Stopped with a friend for just coffee. Coffee was good. Employers pleasent n did not mind we were there for an hour n only each had 1 coffee. This will be my new coffee shop.
