The mornings at this location really drag on. Even if you order ahead through the app, it doesn’t seem to make a difference. You can place your order well in advance, and it’s likely they still won’t have it ready by the time you get there. If you’re in a rush during the morning, it’s best to choose a different Dunkin’ because this one will definitely cause delays.

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer for years, always respectful and always buying something. But what happened at this location shocked me.
The moment I walked in — without even staying long — the staff treated me like I wasn’t welcome. They didn’t even let me order before calling the cops on me for absolutely nothing. I wasn’t rude, loud, or causing any trouble. Luckily, the plaza security guard stepped in and told the police he’d handle it himself because even he saw how unfair and unnecessary it was.
I’ve never felt so disrespected or humiliated in my life — especially by a place I supported for years. After that, I’ll never buy from Dunkin’ again. I’m switching to Starbucks, where customers are treated with respect and dignity.
This location should be ashamed of how they treat people.

I ordered two lattes one pumpkin spice signature iced latte and another. It was a caramel craze latte and the pumpkin spice. One had absolutely no pumpkin flavor. They just made it a regular latte with no flavor and some whipped cream. I don’t consider this a coffee. it’s a waste of money and a terrible disgusting move by Dunkin’ Donuts, and I really don’t like their attitude in service . The person taking orders in the drive-through was rude and doesn’t know her job. She didn’t even greet me and I had to wait like five minutes to be talked to never come to the Dunkin’ Donuts. I hate this one.

Twice i left because it took 15 minutes of waiting and no movement. It took so long the second time they told me it would be faster to order on the app because the system was down? People are nice, but they're losing a lot of money because the night shift lags!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Everytime I'm here it's a pleasant experience. The transactions are smooth and timely. What I want is usually in supply. The strawberry coolata with hash browns is my favorite thing to get there. My kids love the donuts, of course, and sandwiches. It's clean and surprisingly quiet and calm considering the location (busy shopping plaza, heavily trafficked streets).
