I ordered this meal for my child, and it arrived completely burnt. This is very disappointing and unacceptable, especially for something meant for a kid. I didn’t ask for it to be overcooked or extra crispy—just a normal, edible meal. Please pay more attention to food quality. I hope this doesn’t happen again.

DO NOT ORDER ICE DRINKS FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a matcha latte from them and my drink finished so quickly because all they put was ice. The cup was EXTREMELY filled with ice. I usually go to them all the time and from now on I’m never going because I don’t Pay seven dollars to get a cup that’s 1/4 of a drink and 3/4 of ice only that is ridiculous.

I was there last night Like 12:45, the girl in the drive thru was really rude, I was excited to try a new drink that I see on the screen, when I tell her what I want she will start to yell at me.
