This is my neighborhood Dunkin, I've been going here for years. They've got conscientious, friendly staff, always quick with my order so I'm in, out and on my way. This is the only Dunkin that gets my coffee right every time, no matter who makes it. My daughter got me a Mother's Day treat from here recently, everything was perfect, as usual.

The staff are very pleasant to deal with and they are very nice soon customers even more customers are so nice to them. Very professional young ladies! Impressive!

Worst customer service!!!! , I specifically told the guy that was at the register i wanted a ice matcha latte with almond milk and light ice and 1 scoop of matcha and they put 3 here comes some lady that works there talking about matcha doesn’t have sugar giving me a whole lecture and just had a whole attitude. Don’t know why she still there working. I was being nice to her asking her if she can change it and add only 1 matcha powder and she kept talking about matcha isn’t sugary and kept repeating the same thing. Also when she made it the second time she forgot to add whip cream and started saying that the whip cream is sugary but I didn’t ask her and plus I paid extra for the whip cream. At the end of the day she should do what a customer asked for and do it the correct way.

Terrible customer service!! They put the wrong stickers on my drink and food. She kept going with me back-and-forth for 10 minutes when she realized that she was wrong she couldn’t even say sorry!!
