Ignored while waiting for an online order. I had to go and ask what was taking so long, and was told that they had none of the items I ordered. They saw me waiting, and didn't say anything as others were getting their drinks. I didn't order anything complex, peppermint mocha lattes and white chocolate latte and 2 donuts. Asked for a refund and was told they can't do refunds. They handed me a phone number to call to request a refund, which was closed because it's a weekend. I ordered the same items at the Dunkin at bustleton without issue.

Purchased a nitro cold brew, not knowing it was a specialty nitro cold brew where the cup was 75% foam. Once settled, the glass was half full 🤔. With the concerned look that i was given, i was told that is how it's supposed to be.

This is my neighborhood Dunkin, I've been going here for years. They've got conscientious, friendly staff, always quick with my order so I'm in, out and on my way. This is the only Dunkin that gets my coffee right every time, no matter who makes it. My daughter got me a Mother's Day treat from here recently, everything was perfect, as usual.

Worst customer service!!!! , I specifically told the guy that was at the register i wanted a ice matcha latte with almond milk and light ice and 1 scoop of matcha and they put 3 here comes some lady that works there talking about matcha doesn’t have sugar giving me a whole lecture and just had a whole attitude. Don’t know why she still there working. I was being nice to her asking her if she can change it and add only 1 matcha powder and she kept talking about matcha isn’t sugary and kept repeating the same thing. Also when she made it the second time she forgot to add whip cream and started saying that the whip cream is sugary but I didn’t ask her and plus I paid extra for the whip cream. At the end of the day she should do what a customer asked for and do it the correct way.
