Stuff is normally good here but after today I’m never ordering from them again. The one man who was helping the girl do food dropped a bunch of hash browns on the floor, picked them up and trashed them but didn’t change his gloves. Like excuse me sir, your hands touched the FLOOR. Disgusting.

It’s better to just grab coffee and a doughnut at the two places on Pratt and Frankford. The food always tastes microwaved and the staff can’t ever seem to get my simple orders right. It could have something to do with the constant loud fan that you have to scream over.

The attitudes from some workers is ridiculous. They have no respect for the customers, they ask for your order with a stinky attitude then, get your order wrong and blame you for not saying it right . Please tell me how, HOT MED. COFFEE WITH SKIM MILK AND NO SUGAR sounds like MED HOT COFFEE WITH OAT MILK AND 3 SUGARS ? Then when you politely say, " I'm sorry hon,but that's not what I ordered" you get a " Weeeeellll! We don't do Skim Milk here!" With an eye roll.This is not my usual Dunkin place, I only came in because I was at the Frankford Terminal but will NEVER come in here again ,all I heard was alot of complaints from other customers and the words " never coming here again!"
