I went in there and asked for a frozen coffee he gave me Milk I told him I asked for frozen coffee after típico him 10 dollars to make both frozen coffees correct he still messed up and said that's the way I like my coffee I told him that's not the way I like it and he took my 20 dollars and my 10 dollar tip and said im not refunding you if you want a refundido you can speak to the manager and shes never here so your not gonna get your money never again will I go there

This is by far the worst dunkin i’ve been to. Every single time i give them a chance, it’s horrible. The coffee/expresso tastes very old and nasty everytime i order an iced cappuccino, an after taste after every sip. Then i get a stale everything bagel. I went to go for it, it’s stiff and i’m pretty salty. Check your food before leaving or just go up to Levick & Oxford or Castor Ave. Nothing is fresh here.

Some of the workers are very rude and ghetto, will threatened customers and curse them out for mistakes that they made. The skinny one wit the blond and black hair is extremely disrespectful, arguing and cursing in front of customers.
My go to dunkin every morning. I order the same thing all the time so when I show up they already know what I want. The employee's there are amazing, they can probably use some help at times, but they are really great with customer service and trying to get everyone in and out as fast as they can.
