Customer service was great from the moment I walked in… not the best looking place (but sometime they be having the best food) anyway this was my first and last time going there and I got the bbq salmon, Mac and cheese, yam with cabbage on the side

I went to Dwight's Southern barbecue on Lancaster avenue, because the one on Erie avenue was closed I want it so bad to have the macaroni salad that I used to get on Erie avenue, however it did not taste the same, they only had chicken wings and no whole chickens, the food really did taste different.

Who ever the woman is, please work on your customer service and communication. My mother was waiting for Mac and cheese after the woman already said it would be 45 minutes. We came from the one on Erie which was closed. We said we want to order a large and would come back. My mom came back they had her sitting and they said it’s an additional 45 minutes from one of the gentlemen’s but then woman said I don’t know if she’s getting any. If she couldn’t provide any then it’s no problem to go to another store but to have someone sitting around… and the food was not great. It was not worth the wait. I ended up going to Victorias Kitchen for Mac and cheese. I wish I would have just went there in the first place.

I got some beef spare ribs and it was excellent. Tasty with some barbecue sauce. Highly recommend Dwight's Southern bar-b-q

I came from Jersey to there last night and let me tell you they have fallen off. The ribs have no season. And a little tough. Mac was good but sweet potatoes tasted funny. For 37.00 that wasn’t worth it.

Sides are good as always I mainly get the hot bbq salmon every time, plus two sides

I’m currently in excruciating stomach pains from eating here yesterday 6/25. Noticed while waiting to be served an alarming smell but still ordered and ate SOME noticeably was rotten meat or something. I used to love this place food was a treat, now I feel like I’m dying

I was going to give them a play because they are a black business I've never been to.I wanted to see a menu.I asked for a menu. The young man just start saying what they had in store which I could see through the glass. But I wanted to order on another day as i could see they were about to close ( they were putting things away and doing dishes) That is why I asked for a menu. They have a large fan going on there.So when the lady walked over I asked her for the menu. I could not hear what she said.So I said excuse me.I couldn't hear you. Her reply was.We don't have a menu don't you understand. She was extremely rude the way she said it. So I will not be going there to buy anything and I will make sure to tell people that i know she is rude. Who wants to be talked to like they are an issue when they are a potential new customer. Please work on your customer service.
