Ed’s used to be so good. Food quality went down. The last time we tried to order for my senior citizen dad, they agreed to bring it. Then sent someone who doesn’t speak English & he left within 5 minutes of us trying to figure out how my dad (who can’t walk) could get his food. The front desk was going to give it to him but the driver just left. Called Ed’s & they did not care. DO NOT RECOMMEND smh.

My pizza was cold and the cheese wasn't even fully melted ! I asked for rice pudding they gave it to me in a cracked container plus it has mold on top of the rice pudding! DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!

I've ordered food here for years and never had any problems until today. I ordered a bacon cheesesteak thru online delivery and somehow on there end it came thru as a basic plain ass cheesesteak. Instead of just fixing the problem, they wanted me to jump thru all this bullshit just to get my money for the bacon refunded. In all honesty they could've just gave me a free soda and been done with it. So if your gonna order from there just call them directly or go in and order because they just gonna blame that app jawn and leave u stank

If I can give them zero stars, I would . This establishment went down. When it was under the old management, the cheesesteaks was the best ever. The food was always fresh hot and delivered with a smile.. Now, whoever owns this establishment is horrible. It's disrespectful to the community. I called there to place an order. The girl picked up the phone and laid it down , never said hold on or nothing , all of a sudden I heard people in the background trying to figure out how to use the register smh. I never got a chance to place the order over the phone cause they never came back to the phone so I ended up hanging up and going there. There was three girls that were standing in the front at the register all three of them look like goofballs . They standing up there doing nothing . That's how you can tell when an establishment is not good, there not busy. It used to always be so busy in there. I used to have family come from out of town just to get those cheesesteaks. The cheesesteaks that I ordered was horrible. It's was dry, I asked for extra mayonnaise. I barely got any mayo , asked for hot peppers there was none . They got a nerve to charge two dollars for a little cup of cheese for your french fries, that they didn't put in the bag I had to get back out the car and go get my cheese. They are horrible !!! They are not the old school Ed's Pizza that we used to know and love, unfortunately. I don't know who these imposters are. I wouldn't recommend going there don't waste your time or money
I have had many of their pizza's. This time I decided to try the jumbo pepperoni. Terrible. It was almost a white pizza with very little of the red sauce, and almost no pepperoni. It came on time, but was very disappointing.

We were calling them and they ignored the calls also we contacted grub hub and grubhub tried to contact them and they also ignored grub hub. If they were having issues they should have reached out to us...the customer. Terrible customer service will never order from there again
