Food was top notch, coffee excellent. Service was a little slow and forgot my flan. Overall, I will be going back again.

I went to order on the phone a single dish, that if you order is 22 online, with a 2 dollar service charge and 1.76 in tax which is 25.76, I only know this because when I called in they said it was 27 and that seemed high so I checked as I was on the phone and even asked why the difference no reason was given but I was told they were too busy all of the sudden. I have eaten here many times and the food was great but this is super dishonest be careful.

Yesterday, July 4, 2025, is good. Customer service it ridiculous. You order shrimp cocktail, and they serve it with Mayo/Ketchup sauce, 🤣 really? And when you don't twant it because it should be served with Cocktain Sauce, they suggested i must take it home and pay for it when I didn't even touch it. Paid for the good Sangria the good stuff clams and walked out. Canceled my paella I had ordered. Will return when they buy cocktail sauce to be served with the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer.

Great Spanish food and very nice portion sizes. Have been there twice and both times the service was great. The only problem you'll have is choosing something from the menu! I would definitely recommend the bistec empanado with the white rice and beans!

This place has absolutely the best ceviche in the city. BUT the service is insanely ridiculous.
Every single time, I call to order ahead, and I say something in English, they just hang up the phone. Like WTH. I understand they don’t speak English well, but I’m willing to speak very slowly, so they understand.
I can even speak a little bit Spanish, but they give me no choice to even attempt to speak Spanish.
It says they open at 11, I came at 11:15, the girl instead of coming to the door and saying, for example, sorry we are a little bit late was opening, can you wait a few minutes, just looks through the door and don’t say anything. What is wrong with people? If you’re already working in service (even if not by choice), then the least you can do is provide the service you signed up for (and you get paid for).

Absolutely nothing bad to say about food. Food is delicious.

The food was ok but the service was the worst possible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your money at this place.
