Great old school dive with cheap drinks (compared to the rest of the hood) Good vibes.
Welcoming neighborhood spot. I wandered in on a Thursday afternoon. Friendly entertaining bartender. Heard the family ownership has been there since the 60s. I believe it. It looks like not much has changed since then. Refreshing.
the whole place and more it's awful
Dirty dive bar that everyone loves to get affordable drinks at. Pool table, cool people, fun vibe.

They got rid of the mediocre hot dogs and that was 90% of the reason my friend and I went. Bring back the dogs :(

A bar with a cool set up and decoration. Prices are a bit high but that's Philly.

When I lived in Philly I was a regular here. It’s a place where conversation is real easy because the sofas outside are in a circle so you can’t help but talk to others. And the pool table in the center of the main room leads folk to gather around it. The PBRs are tall and cheap so it’s accessible to everyone. Strong recommend.

Vibes in here are lowkey. The red head bartender was awesome. I hope she's working next time I stop in
this used to be my absolute favorite place. prices went way, way up. the new lot of bartenders are all horrible, pay no attention, and are rude. they had the backyard closed due to "noise" as if they aren't a bar next to a loud train that runs constantly. i guess the transplant yuppies got to them finally. also, pickpockets.
edit: they closed the backyard at midnight when it wasn't even busy or loud because of complaints about noise. place is dead. pack it up.
