$18 for 3 tacos and there’s only outdoor seating. Not a restaurant, this is a glorified stand in a prime location. But there’s also a taco cart down the block with better tacos and better prices. $18 for 3 tacos is criminal. Read your reviews and you will last longer. Lower prices will bring more customers. At this price, you will not have regulars. Bring it to $12 and I’ll be there everyday after work.

Way too expensive for three tacos - huge bummer for the neighborhood. Cemitas are also priced insanely. Go to La Chingonota instead, amazing food for an actually fair price

$20 for 3 tacos is crazy. $20 for a sandwich is crazy. There's a taco spot 4 minutes from here that is authentic and charges $10 for 3 tacos

A strange experience walking up to the counter I saw they had churros. I asked her the lady the friendly lady who is upfront is there anyway can I have just one and I would pay the split price she agreed but then someone came by a manager of some sorts and said no no no we only sell it per order. I said well she already agreed and I’m paying for it. He said what am I gonna do with the two other pieces of churros I guess this is money making business and this is business then I see nothing wrong with what happened, but if you’re in the hospitality business, maybe maybe you put in a policy later but you don’t take back what you agreed to do. Seems like this place is more of a brand now.

If overcooked proteins and flavorless desserts are the goal, then this is the place for you.

Honestly this place is way too expensive for what they give you. 20 bucks for quessabirria tacos that are 2 inches long and have no cheese in them is criminal and you'll never be able to convince me otherwise. Save your money and go to many other places where you can get way more bang (and better food) for your buck.

Very expensive for what you get and nothing too amazing. Great salsas, but at least give me some chips to enjoy with them if I'm paying $20 for a cemita. Probably wouldn't go back.

I was super excited to try this place as it looks delicious and has a great reputation. We went on a Saturday night and sat in the bar area which was really cool and so neatly tucked away just off Frankford. The service was fast and courteous. The birria tacos for $20 dollars felt a bit pricey for what I got and the tacos were slightly above mid but nothing I am racing back for, same was true for the chicken tacos we ordered for $18. The $12 margarita was poured in a 6oz plastic cup and felt like a complete rip off considering it was mostly ice. They did have some fun and fancy toothpicks in the margaritas. In closing, to spend $80 for 2 sets of 3 tacos and 2 margaritas was a little disappointing to say the least. Not sure I’m going to be recommending this place unfortunately.

I feel like im about to take a dump on this place so bare with me.

First off, getting these kinds of tacos around here is rare and wish there was more competition but it is what it is and appreciate that they are here.

Ive tried about 4 different tacos. The chicken tacos and the arabes didn’t have either an authentic taste for me or flavorful and having a mexican (Monterrey) background didnt help appreciate the lack of flavor. The gringa is not bad, arrachera tatemada tacos are their best on the menu.

However, I cant justify $20 for 3 tacos. Nope.

The margaritas and the palomas at $12 is cool but that it is hit and miss on authentic flavor. Its disappointing.

The side area is probably the best place to hang out with because of the fans and tv screen.

Is this place worth a visit? Depends. If I need a quick taco fix then yes if I stick to what I know. Are the prices justified? Nah. $17 more like it and thats only because of the location. Back in Texas tacos are much more authentic and lower priced so hard to say whats most acceptable here. My guess is $17 is more like it.

The staff isn’t personable so no relevancy there.

G-luck!

Cute spot, but probably the most overpriced food in fishtown. The prices for these sandwiches is insane for what they actually give you. The steak sandwich I ordered ended up being over $20 and came with no toppings / sauce besides *1* small grilled onion ring and *3* tiny slices of jalapeño.
