I ordered the mahi mahi tacos ($18) and the iced oat milk horchata ($6). The horchata was amazing but the tacos were bland. I wish they came with more flavorful toppings or a side of salsa. However, when I asked for hot sauce they gave me a habanero sauce that was delicious (and hot)! The vibes of this place are great, the kiosk ordering was easy, and the people working there were friendly. For the prices, I just wish the food was better.
delicious tacos a bit pricey though
Delicious authentic tacos and guacamole with chips! The steak tacos were so juicy and not dry at all. Also, on the weekends it's so easy to get a drink at the Jardin (they come with cute little cocktail picks) while you wait for your food order. Thanks, El Chingon!
Chicken & Mushroom tacos excellent.
The food is AMAZING, the frozen margs are super refreshing, and the outdoor seating area is quite lovely. Dinner for 2 (two orders of tacos and a side of guacamole) can very quickly run $60+ without alcohol and $100+ with.
The cemitas are really delicious - loved the al pastor
This place was recommended by a coworker and mind it did not disappoint. Such great vibes and atmosphere. Staff are very nice and friendly especially Carmen. Easy to order and food comes out hot and delicious. I will definitely recommend this nice hidden gem.
Great food but a bit pricey.
so happy to see a great walk-up / outside dining option in the neighborhood! they've made the patio cozy and inviting. you can tell they take pride in the space and the food. delicious.
The food is alright but the prices just don’t make it worth it. $20 for three tacos? 15 dollars for a few chips and guacamole that’s just mush avocado? I thought they would at least be a bit extra. Probably won’t go again unless they lowered their prices.

I can't give a good reference to this place. This is my second time here, and the person at the reception is not friendly at all.
This second location is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Menu is pared back, but includes almost all of the same cemitas and tacos as South Philly. Perfect for the outdoor seating or takeaway. You order via QR codes not the window.
