Enchiladas at 10:30am? Say less. Good vibes, extremely nice and attentive waitress who made sure our meal was 100% correct . Can't wait to go back w friends

Cute little diner vibes, with fun music playing (like pop rave ish type music). There was only one man working when we went and he was the server and host, as the place wasn't huge. He was quick to seat us, very attentive and super friendly. I ordered the chilaquiles with salsa verde and it was ridiculously tasty, I do wish I had gotten the salsa verde on the side as the tortilla chips quickly became soggy, but still, perfect flavor in my eyes. Will try to stop back there the next time we're in Philly.

This small business needs more recognition. The French toast is the best I've ever had and the eggs Benny was also Their service is pretty good. There was only one other table, in here when we went so our server was very tentative and gave great recommendations. I would say it's a no frills spot it's a BYOB and the food is good so the ambience is fine

Attentive service, aesthetically-pleasing presentation, and excellent flavor. Even my family from Puebla and Jalisco would agree! We definitely plan on returning.

Food and ambiance was great. Ordered a steak omelette and they gave me cheese steak "steak" instead of Ribeye. The omelette was good, but don't say Ribeye and it's Steakum. Overall, I would go again. Great staff, great service, great food.

Absolute GEM in the heart of Philadelphia, eating here is a MUST. 5 stars is not enough. Fantastic establishment that genuinely cares about their food and their guests, and treats everyone that walks in like family. This is one of the best dinners I have had in a long time, and easily among the best $$ value for a very nice meal in the city. Highly recommend the ceaser salad, which is made tableside. Our group had the tacos, and specials blackened tuna and steak pizzaiola, all spectacular. Tiramisu and chocolate cake for dessert were to die for. Will be back soon for their brunch which I heard is even better.Dietary restrictions: Accommodated seafoods allergy with care

Fantastic breakfast! Small little spot in south Philadelphia, the service was incredible. I got the steak and eggs and my wife got the French toast. Everything was amazing! Not a thing was wrong. 5 stars for us, will be back to try more menu items.

Amazing food and about the friendliest and most attentive service I've ever experienced (including fine dining). No corners cut, even where one would expect and accept them- just a great neighborhood restaurant from top to bottom.

As a non local I wish I was so I can come here more often! Great food. EVERYTHING was fresh and refreshing. I was sad to not see the place full when I walked in. We had the steak n eggs and french toast to share and were both stuffed by the end. We cleaned our plates! The host what looks like to be the owner was super nice and accommodating for my Nephew of 6 months. The food service was FAST. The food was hot, the place was clean, and the decorations were amazing. Also the music was a 10/10. For the price the quality was insane. WILL recommend to all my friends and am looking forward to visiting again and try their chilaquiles and other dishes.

My neighbor and I walked over to El Fuerte for lunch and had a great experience. We ordered the Enchiladas and the fried fish sandwich. Both were fresh, presented well and tasty. The place is nice and clean and the staff is VERY kind and friendly. I would highly recommend going in if you haven’t already.
