North Philly location horrible customer service . Ordered a salmon salad , salmon and mixed vegetables was sent. Called to notify of the mistake. Not one but two employees got smart with me about the order. Very rude . Very nasty attitudes.They finally agreed to send the salad initially ordered and the salmon had absolutely no taste to it .And it was in a significantly smaller container than my co worker who got a salad with chicken. $15 salad !!!!Delivery was fast but Overall horrible experience . nurses and drs i work with will unfortunately not be ordering again.

Need to pay attention to what people order. I ordered a grilled ham and cheese on toast. What I got is a ham and cheese sandwich. That is not what I ordered. You need a English speaking person answering the phone. Every order I placed is not what I ordered it is something else to pay for something you did not order is bad

I started ordering food from here 5 years ago, and the food was good. But now it's going down hill I order 3 cheese steaks and 1 Chicken parmesan, there was no meat on any of them I was eating more bread than meat what a waste of money. On the chicken parmesan it look like they took 1 chicken finger and cut it up. Then put all this sauce and cheese on top of it. I was a Loyal customer not anymore. I was very disappointed

They fell off big time this my third time ordering a salad and making it clear I want the works and for the third times still a dry salad with just lettuce and cucumbers and the dressing use to be my favorite but it tasted like nothing but mayo, that’s the last time they get my money ?

Look the pizza is good , wings are amazing , but like many people I don’t like soggy fries or soggy pizza. Please pay attention to when the customer says well done. Whenever I call I say well done and sometimes they listen and sometimes they don’t . The fries and pizza well done are always great for me . Other than that you guys are great and I appreciate y’all. Just please listen when I ask for a well done pizza . Also make sure driver has change I shouldn’t have to tip more than what I wanted to tip because he doesn’t have change .

I usually get the pizza from El Greco’s (my usual is the pepperoni, onion, green peppers fantastic every time!). However, this time I wanted wings and this just wasn’t it. They were salty, overcooked, and the buffalo sauce is already salty. There were no other seasonings no garlic powder, onion powder, nothing. It was just disappointing so I’ll stick with the pizza, it never fails.
The food is very good and rich. But the cashier is very obnoxious, she treats people badly and the times I called she always treats me badly and I think the restaurant's phone is useless because it can never be heard well.
