Most of them speak very little to no english at all. They get mad when you come in and are not Spanish speaking. The food is kept behind glass like at a buffet. The cook with alot of pork so be careful...the plantain had pork chops in it...they use the grease to cook it. The price is so expensive you would not want to purchase anything anyways. $16.00 for a whole small chicken...

Every time I come here they change me a different price.. Today she gave me a platter full of white rice and beans with four wings dings.. The small ones too.. The wings were old burnt and cold... They charged me $13. The salad was sitting in the water. They didn’t have any dressing for the salad so they dashed it with water.. It was terrible..

Disappointed and Overpriced — Save Your Money!
Tried this place for the first time, and sadly, it’ll be the last. I ordered the rotisserie chicken with wasacaca sauce — it showed up without the sauce. I asked for beef pastelillos, got plain, dry, unseasoned chicken ones instead. Major letdown.
Then came the slow-roasted pork with rice ($16) and an extra side of pork ($14) — some seasoning, but definitely not worth those prices. For what I paid, I expected flavor, quality, and accuracy. Got none of the above.
If you’re craving good Spanish food, do yourself a favor and stick with Spanish Island. This place was a total miss.

Delicious home-cooked meal - clean, and the staff is so kind even to non-Spanish speaking customers.

Has a Realestate and construction companies my employees & I eating every day in different places and this one is one of the worst ever. 1. Charging you lots of money and u get very very very small amount of food. 2. Very poor quality. 3. Slow and bad service. Even forks we have to ask. 4. We never come back to this place 🤮
Been here before and was impressed with the food so when I wanted Spanish for dinner I immediately thought about here. This time I was very disappointed with the food and the service, seems as though they give u nothing but rice ! I spent $31 and wasn’t pleased at all . For some reason, they didn’t even have all of the food choices that they had before, and the ladies are not friendly.Wont be coming back no time soon .

The food is excellent. But if you don't speak Spanish, the woman in there are very rude..They get 3 stars. Customer service is everything. I'm good enough for you to take my money but not good enough to answer my questions.

Trash, no flavor and nothing cooked right and half the time you won’t even get the right meat with your order.
The food it always warm and fresh, there’s a variety of options and the natural drinks are great as well. The staff is quick and helpful, friendly as well.
The food taste good unfortunately the portion is small They do give you a lot of rice though, but my combos came with three pieces of meat no salad and a lot of rice. It seems they are serving less portion then before..
I spent about $32 for these 2 platters.
