Worst service i ever seen in a restaurant i don't know how this place has 4 stars rated third time i came to this place and the woman's serving the food there are so mean all the time,you gotta wait a year to pay your food because they are either talking or with their phones,love provocon food but i ain't coming to this location ever again

I ordered from them twice. The first time I got a whole chicken with some rice and an order of pernil and maduros. The chicken was very dry and over cooked cold like it had been sitting for a while. The pernil was warm like it got reheated in the microwave but the flavor was good. The maduros was good but I got a small order and they ment it with only 12 pieces in the box. Now we get to today where I decided I would try them again cause I figured maybe I just ordered really late and they was just on they last stuff. So I ordered really early around the time they opened up and got pernil plater and a fried chicken plater and two Large maduros and extra serving of pernil cause I was gon put that up for my lunch at work tomorrow. They did not give me the pernil plater and just gave me two fried chicken platers. Both of them had old chicken that was barely reheated. The large maduros are just smalls put in a large container. And the rice is also cold. The extra pernil was lukewarm and dry. Like come on this a lot of money yall charging for this to be doing this. I’m upset the flavor there but if I wanted mid left overs I would have just cooked. I really can’t recommend this place which sucks cause I really wanted to like yall but this ain’t it.

When ordering for delivery, Never order the Pernil that costs $9.00 because you literally ONLY get an ounce of meat, what a complete rip off and the $12.00 stewed chicken was very skimpy, I would not recommend this place nor will I ever give them my business again, the owner needs to check themselves

Poor and overcooked food. The chicharones were completely dry and stank like old fryer grease. The pork chops were completely dry like a hockey puck. I've had many good plates of food from the ryson location. I bet it is because an employee didn't want to make my food correctly on a Monday (labor day weekend September 2, 2024) so they gave me whatever was laying around. Owners need to get a hold on this and fire whoever did this crap.

Ordered a fried chicken and rice platter. 3 lousy pieces of chicken and a fried bone with no meat. And a mountain of rice, the rice is supposed to be the side. The tres leche cake was delicious but that’s about it. Soda can was dented to to no end and couldn’t even open the can. $40 after delivery. Waste of money.
