got the bbq pernil - tasty but messy sandwich

Although the service was good, the sandwich was awful. I ordered a pernil sandwich and it tasted nothing like pernil. It was the middle of the day and the lettuce was old and the bread was soggy. I took two bites out of my $20 sandwich and threw it out. Their natural drinks are very good.

I ordered a Cubano ie a "cuban sandwich", which is just mustard, pork, ham, and swiss. This spot added mayo, lettuce and tomato for no warning, no reason and the menu offers no description of whats on the sandwich if they're gonna change the ingredients.
It was like ordering a pepperoni pizza only to find out they threw relish all over it.

My first time here and OMG! I need to come back. I had a Tripleta and it was delicious!! Made me feel like I was in Puerto Rico. They have an extensive menu so I had to come and check again to eat something else. I also had a Papaya shake and it was pretty good..
