I really enjoyed my visit to El Purepecha and would definitely make a return visit. The Birria tacos were crispy and had the right amount of filling; the cheese pull was amazing! The consomé had lots of flavor and complimented the tacos very well. The slightly tart and refreshing mango mojito was a perfect compliment to the tacos. The churros were cooked perfectly with a crispy exterior and a slight chew in the center.
I love this place. We visited philadelphia from texas and tried this place out.. Definitely recommend. We came here twice during our visit. The elote dip is a must . Drinks were on point too
came here yesterday with friends, and the food was absolutely amazing and their margaritas were delicious. (we tried the mango and strawberry) this place has probably one of the best burritos or if not the best in philly! The service was good, but it was a couple of times where we felt like the service was slow because we wanted to order more drinks and the server didn’t ask us for a last call drink before closing us out, but other than that no complaints. Top spot!
