This is an excellent place to go with friends to reassure yourselves that you are 'tech' and totally cool. The key ingrendient here is that everything is done on-line using El Tech's app via QR code, including the automatic application of generous tips and kitchen fees. You can't use cash. Actual service by staff is minimized, and there's none of that trying to get a waiter's attention so that you can order another round.

Over hyped new rooftop bar in Philly that still has alot to figure out. Booked this for my daughter's 25th birthday and while I can appreciate a new place trying some new things and embracing technology the experience was one of the worst any of us have had in a long time for several reasons.
1. Our table was in a covered area and there was water dripping onto it from the ceiling above. Made having drinks challenging to say the least.
