This place is a gem. Amazing, authentic food and great service. You can tell the owner takes pride in the quality of food and the experience here. The portions are a great value for the cost and there are a lot of menu items to choose from. Highly recommend!

Me and a large group of coworkers went to Ricos for happy hour. Our waiter was friendly and did mention some happy hour specials. The food was delicious! The only thing I didn't like was that our waiter disappeared 20mins before happy hour was over when we asked her to return so we could put a last order in. She did come back shortly after happy hour ended and asked to take our drink orders. I don't know if that was purposely done or not 🤷🏽‍♀️. However, a different waiter came Nd got our drinks and told us about additional happy hour drinks and it was great. We doordash from Ricos regularly and love it. Overall, we're very happy with our experiences

The food is amazing..Service is impeccable..Has a very family vibe and atmosphere..They treat you as if they have known you forever..It's a must go to spot..You will be guaranteed to come back again and again..I sure have..Been there twice..and planning on my 3rd trip..

I loveeeee this place! Food is always so good and flavorful. All of the servers/ workers are friendly and welcoming. The happy hour food and drinks are top notch. The birria quesadilla is unbelievable!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Be careful when ordering for delivery. They always forget an item and then tell you to place a second order and they will add it to the second order.

This has happened twice to me already, when I ask for a refund on the forgotten item. The lady says ok and hangs up on me.

Horrible service. I was aware that they were busy. However, no one acknowledged me for the 20 minutes while I was there. One server looked me dead in the face and continued to talk to other customers/ friends right next to me. How is that acceptable? If you're busy, at least acknowledge the customer and say something like "we will be right with you." And now that I think about it, you couldn't have been that busy if you're joking around with waiting customers and showing pictures on your phone. SMH.

Food is amazing! The service amazing! I originally came across this place when I was picking up an order with uber eats. I ate here yesterday, and everything was good! I had the giant quesadilla, and I couldn't finish it, so I took it home. Defiantly worth the price I paid. Only thing I didn't like was the price of Malta. $4 a bottle is crazy! other than that everything else was amazing!!
