Emmett Reviews
I've been in Philly 16 years, and eaten at every major fine dining restaurant in the city, many more than once. Amada, Zahav, Budakkan, Vernick Fish, you name it. Every Stephen Starr. Our dinner at Emmett was excellent! Highly recommend the Tasting Menu, you won’t be disappointed!! Don’t skip dessert, the warm date cake is the perfect way to wrap up this delicious dinner!
The food was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. The portion sizes were satisfactory as well. I think it's well worth the experience to dine here.

Emmett is a restaurant offering a blend of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors. The tasting menu features delicious, different, and memorable courses. Service is thoughtful and fairly priced. Every dish is well-seasoned and has a great twist. The staff is top-notch and very courteous. The $95 tasting is a massive amount of food, and the beverage program is unmatched. Customers are delighted by the exceptional atmosphere, craft cocktails, and attentive service, which set this place apart. While some found the use of persimmon spice in the tasting menu not to their taste, the artistry on the plate is impressive, and many plan to return for the exceptional dining experience.
