I should begin with our greeting, so warm and welcoming. I dislike restaurants where one is greeted as if they're lucky to be given a reservation. Not Emmett. Every single staff member was friendly and warm. It was as if we were family, beginning with the hostess and ending with the guy who kept our water glasses filled. Each and every one, especially our server Veronica-- who spent some time talking about the custom plates and serve ware the restaurant uses--were delightful....
Went to Emmett for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my wife and son, and chose the tasting menu—what a fantastic meal and overall experience. Every dish was excellent, but the rye tartlet truly stood out as our favorite. The only suggestion for improvement would be to slow the initial pacing a bit. The first six “snacks” arrived very quickly, which felt a little overwhelming and hard to fully enjoy. Once we asked our server to slow things down, the experience...
In the old Modo Mio/ Cadence space, nicely appointed, comfy space. Service was helpful and there when needed. Food was a star. Only negative was that it is not handicapped accessible, even they say they are on their website. They accommodated a wheelchair as best as possible (but no ramp to enter?!)
