So I ordered beef stew, empanadas, and a few other items the beef stew cost the most, they did not include the beef stew, still chafed me but won’t refund me the 20 bucks, the chicken and cheese empanada was just cheese. They did not put any chicken in it. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Please do not order from this place. They will not give you the right order, the quality of the food is trash and customer service is bad.EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!

I inadvertently ordered thru Uber Eats the Big Smile x 6 which was six empanadas of my choosing. Not only were they flat but they were lacking the fillings you would be expecting. If I combined all the fillings together they would have made ONE empanada! Please don't make the mistake of ordering them! You're much better making your own at home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Idk how empanada is apart of their name and they can’t make them. We ordered a variety of empanadas. We were sent chicken empanadas with no cheese, and the ONE that was supposed to be crab but instead it was grease and cheese. I wouldn’t serve this to a roach . I am disgusted.

I ordered the the carnitas salada (Fried Pork Meat) with tostones and a tamarindo juice and 1 empanada of chicken and cheese.They were late and they forgot my juice. When I called the restaurant they lady on the phone told me if she could replace my drink with a soda or another empanada but that it would be a while because the driver had 4 other orders he had to deliver.I chose a coke and told her my job closes at 8pm. This all happened around 6:30.I never got my soda. And I never heard back from them.When the guy arrived he shoved the receipt in my face (he didn’t speak English) so I just took my bag and went to lunch. I don’t plan on ordering from them again.They sound so unprofessional on the phone and like I didn’t matter.
