This restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The food was fresh and extremely tasty. I also liked the live music - it made the place even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back to this place.

Only fantastic and positive things to say about this restaurant , owner and staff <3 We have been coming to Emperor for years, from regular Saturday nights out, to family/friend parties, and most recently- our Wedding!! The owner Lilya and her staff, especially Bogdan, were the most patient and kind people I have worked with. They listened to every request I had, and even if they were not able to accommodate it, they would make sure that there is another alternative. The food is absolutely amazing- fresh and tasty. The music and ambiance is a 10/10, and this is truly one of the best restaurants in Philadelphia!!!!

The food and service is amazing! We had the restaurant cater a party at our house and it was beyond what we expected. Not only was the food so delicious, but the service was very helpful. Set up and clean up was so fast and professional. It truly allowed us to enjoy our event with no worries and be able to be in the moment with our guests. We will use then again and again.

We were very pleased with the catering provided by Emperor for our Post Wedding Garden Party. Liliya was fantastic! She helped with the planning, made suggestions, always worked with our ideas, was able to make everything work. The food was delicious and plentiful. The servers were very professional. I can’ t say enough about the entire service!

I am absolutely blown away by my experience at Imperator Restaurant! From the very first moment, I was greeted with the kindest, most attentive service. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming — making me feel truly special and cared for throughout the evening.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was magical — elegant, cozy, and full of charm. Every corner of the space radiated comfort and celebration. The ambiance was further elevated by the wonderful live musicians who filled the room with joy and energy, creating a festive mood that made the whole evening unforgettable.

And the food… oh, the food! It was a true culinary delight. The Ukrainian and European cuisine served here is out of this world — every dish was cooked to perfection, rich in flavor, and presented beautifully. You can truly taste the love and skill that goes into every bite.

Imperator is a place where every detail is thought through, and where every guest is treated like royalty. I couldn’t recommend it more highly — this restaurant is a gem and an experience I’ll treasure forever.

We hired Emperor to cater our wedding at the Abington Art Center on 11/3/24 and we couldn't be happier with the food, the service, and the overall experience. We worked with Liliya from start to finish and she was so flexible to our requests and her staff were incredibly professional. We got so many compliments from guests on the food (mainly the plov and kebobs) and on the service (specifically how attentive the waiters were to each table). We can't recommend them more if you're looking for a caterer for an event!
