OpenTable allowed me to make a reservation and confirmed my reservation the day before at this restaurant despite the fact that it had shuttered. Going forward, I will no longer trust OpenTable for my reservations and will call the restaurant directly to confirm. Shame on me for trusting a reservations platform.
The restaurant had permanently closed a few days before my reservation and we were not notified nor was the reservation canceled to show they were no longer open. I even received the confirmation text notification the day before to remind me of my reservation. Imagine the embarrassment of bringing an out of town guest to the restaurant only to be standing outside the papered up windows, trying to make a new reservation on Open Table but you can't because the app thinks you're already at your current reservation which you can't cancel and you can't have two reservations at the same time. The closure notification process needs to be looked at IMO.
We had thee best meal and service at Entree!! We had FraDiablo and a lobster/ shrimp/ scallop scampi that they featured as a special!! I am so sad to hear that they will be closing next week. Top tier experience! Hats off to the chef and best of luck with your next venture!!
Entree BYOB was a great experience overall. My only critique is the Cheese Plate that was offered as part of the appetizer. I would suggest for them to switch the Cheese Plate with a Caesar salad, then offer another option to replace the Caesar salad appetizer. Cheese Plate was not good
I will acknowledge I haven't been on a typical night as it was Valentine's Day. Seating is VERY tight as I was bumped by staff passing me four times. Upon being seated my wife and I waited ten minutes before meeting our server without a “be right with you” or anything. Bussing staff placed literally two grapes, a raspberry, a blackberry and two slices of cheese over some sort of tasty sauce— no exaggeration— as our table food while we waited for our server. When the server came, without introducing himself or offering any suggestions he asked “are you guys ready?” We were completely confused with the Valentine's Day menu as it was different from that on Open Table and their website. We came because we were excited by the menu but were not advised of a limited Valentine's Day menu at any point. Eat before you go because the entrees and appetizers are tiny. I left hungry. I ordered the crab and lobster pasta and my wife ordered the surf and turf. We are foodies and we're really not picky but this food was mid at best. Her steak was bland and she asked for medium and it came out well done. Her mashed potatoes tasted like box. The “lobster” in my crab and lobster pasta was a literal thumb sized lobster tail sat on top of my pasta. Smallest I've ever seen. We had to order dessert. After tip our meal came to $300. Yeah. Not going back.
We dined at Entree BYOB for my partner's birthday (Valentine's Day). Before booking the reservation, I viewed the menu online and saw a fixed price of 50$ per person. No Valentine's Day menu was posted. When we sat down, I was surprised that the menu was 100-115$ per person for a three-course meal. Our food was tasty and a decent portion size. My partner ordered the pork chop, which was undercooked; he had to return it to the kitchen. We sat in the back, so I did not see how full the restaurant was, but at one point, I leaned back in my chair and rubbed up against the guy behind me. When we left I was surprised to see how packed the restaurant was. Lastly, I stated on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. Usually, restaurants recognize that. At Entree BYOB nobody in the restaurant recognized his birthday.
The service and food here is A1. It’s a cozy place for our group size (7) but the staff was very attentive. Definitely coming back for the great food and exceptional

We had a group of 9 and even with our large party the staff was so accommodating and encouraged our group to have a good time. The servers were attentive and super nice. The food options were great and everyone in our party was able to find a dish that they loved.
Amazing restaurant, the service is impeccable and the food is mouth watering delicious. This is my favorite restaurant in Philadelphia. I'll use any excuse I can for my husband to take me to Entree, they treat us like family. We feel VIP as soon as we walk thru the door. Thank you Entree and see you soon!

The restaurant is a very intimate spot. Great for date nights, but I went for 4 friends for restaurant week. It was BYOB, and the food was delicious. The waiter didn't pass the vibe check-very blah, barely engaged us-no personality.
My friends and I went here for their pre fixed restaurant week menu. Pretty good value for 45$. Food was good and came out quickly. Our server wasn't super friendly but that didn't take away from our experience at all. This was my first byob restaurant. The overall space was a lot smaller than I anticipated. So I was a little tight with the entire restaurant being full. That's would be the only negative. Would definitely come back!
We took advantage of Restaurant Week and tried out this restaurant. It was delicious, and we're so sad to learn this restaurant is closing! There is the hope that they will reopen in a new space, and we will be on the lookout for when it does!
My first time being here, and this will be a place to come back. I tried the cheese plate which was so good. The lobster scampi with shrimp, the portion was good, everything was seasoned and made so well. My daughter had T- bone over mash, she loved that as well as the shrimp. Which had a teriyaki/ buffalo/ coconut sauce taste. Whatever it was was heaven. Anytime you have to take a bite then pause so that your fork to mouth can catch up to your brain moving slow to figure out what your taste buds are trying to relay. Well the food was good. The staff was welcoming and attentive as well. No complaints.
