I have been going to Explore Den for a few years now. Every time I come to visit my grandparents I stop by this place for a cheesesteak hoagie. This time the hoagie tasted the same but they were very stingy with the cheesesteak. I ordered extra cheesesteak but still wasn’t a lot other than that the cheesesteak was very delicious

Great place for fast food, I always order the chicken salad with no parm. They use real meat, not processed which is why I'll continue to eat there.

Surprisingly, solid place. My son attends Lasalle, so I stopped in for a Pizza. It was pretty good. Service was above average. It was very busy. My Pizza came out quickly. I found the prices to be very reasonable.

The staff was very kind to me upon my arrival. They actually opened a few minutes early for me. They asked where was I traveling from and seemed happy that I came there. The food always meet my expectations so that's why I continue to order cheesesteaks from there when I am in Philadelphia. Overall, great experience as always. Thank you.

I ordered for pick up last night, and the two black ladies were very rude. One of them sounded tired, and they kept talking about how they couldn't wait to leave and how they can't wait to have off Thursdays, just gossiping. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready, and my wife and I weren't greeted as we walked in; instead, we were given mean looks the whole time. When the lady told me the food wasn't ready, I asked how long it would take. She repeated the price of 23.80 five times. I asked again how long it would be, and she finally said 5 minutes. So, we went to the car for a second, came back, and waited 15 minutes standing. When we sat down, in there they forgot what we order. They put our pizza down 5 minutes ago, and the wings were already ready. Then, they had the nerve to get aggressive and ask what we ordered. I told them the pizza and mild boneless wings, and they started wrapping up the wings that had been sitting there and slapped the pizza on the counter, which looked slightly open. You will never get my money again. I never experienced this kind of service from these two when they worked there years ago, nor have I ever seen customer service this bad.
