SL has been our go to BBQ joint for years. Mostly take out but sometimes decide to eat in. My wife loves the Salmon sandwich, me it’s the brisket. Both platters and sandwiches. Great place excellent c/S. Definitely go there you won’t be disappointed
the food is very tasty but the customer service is lousy, the old lady who is the cashier has no patience when you ask her something, she is very rude in addition to throwing the order numbers. North East Philadelphia area.
Was there about a week ago for a bridal rehearsal dinner. the food was fantastic. we had shredded pork, chicken and spare ribs. extra barbecue sauce on the side. cornbread with real corn in it. the desserts were to die for. and so much more. but besides the good food I enjoyed my family and friends gathering. even though I don't care for a barbecue I like theirs it was different. the whole experience was unique.
