Fairmount Pizza and Grill

Ordered chicken cheesesteak. It was chopped chicken breast that must’ve been old bc it was soooo dry it was like pebbles of chicken The American cheese was placed on the bread not melted with the chicken layered over it When I called to tell them this is not good n I wanted a refund I was told that if I wanted my cheese melted I had to call n ask for that …. Ummmmmm When I went to pick up my refund the counter girl got the manager. when he came To the register he remained on his cell phone call put the refund on the counter n walked away. Didn’t acknowledge me what so ever. 17$

I stopped here before returning to the city, as a staff member at the Eastern state penitentiary had recommended it. There was a great selection of pizza available, as a West Coast visitor to the area. I love the availability of a single slice of pizza for purchase.

They have the best grilled chicken salad in town!

Best pizza. I love the crust, sauce, and cheese. We have eaten at this establishment as well as take-out, and we are never disappointed with our meal. It is definitely worth the trip down to the location for great tasting food and service. Parking is the only issue.

Pizza is amazing. My wife says it’s the closest thing to New York style pizza

Large Pepperoni Pizza; Must get well done they usually undercook the pizzas. Oily and soft if i do not request well done. Better than Lazo’s.

The pizza here is very good. The only issue about this spot is the customer service I came today to get a Uber eats order for my customer and I asked to use the bathroom and the manager was very nasty on why I could not use the bathroom, even though I was picking up a order for someone he told me that I had to buy something or I I would not be able to use the bathroom. The other customers in line were very disgusted and disappointed and would not buy from this place ever again because the customer service is awful. The so-called manager at the facility also said that if I like, I can go use the bathroom somewhere else. I was forced to buy something so I can use the bathroom because there was no other place to use the bathroom outside of the area if someone is picking up a order from Uber eats that is technically still business being brought to the facility. The customers in line were very disgusted and wanted to cancel midway but their food was already done. Never coming here again. Also, when the customer was disgusted with the manager decision, she felt bad and wanted to pay for me so I can use the bathroom and instead of the manager handling it well he interfered with the lady asking about it . Can she buy something so I can use the bathroom he said to the lady ma’am, I am not talking to you. I am talking to her.

Best pizza place in the world

The pizza lacks a good sauce or cheese. Something was definitely missing

I just moved into the Fairmount Neighborhood around February. This is a BUSY pizza shop! You can rely on easy parking across the street, fast service and quality food. I wanna thank Kat for her hard work. As I am waiting for my pizza I can see how many orders she gets through with a smile. She is hard working and gets the job done. It’s beyond obvious, Fairmount Pizza is lucky to have her. Along with the other men working tonight, a hard working group means they must have a good boss. Great place, love your pizza.

Faith was very sweet and friendly! Give her a raise please! She looks like she’s working way beyond her profession and talk about speedy service with a slice!
The pizza slice was very delicious! I was walking to my bus stop and decided to give Fairmount a try. It was by far one of the best homemade pizzas I’ve had in Philly! Definitely coming back on the next trip back up here

They have been consistent in delivering good tasting food and a pleasant atmosphere.
