I was craving a shawarma wrap and drove an hour into philly to try this place. 10/10. It was so good and the workers were so sweet. Food came out quickly and satisfied my craving. Would come back.

I placed an order for 2 chicken pita sandwiches, 1 without pickles, and French fries . My order arrived and I was missing the fries. Also 1 of the sandwiches had pickles and the other one had No chicken on it. Sad to say I was only refunded 1.77 for pi blessings being on a sandwich that I specifically staed in my order not to put on there as I am allergic to pickles. So I cannot eat the sandwich at all. I am disappointed in these stores that do not take accountability for their mistakes and now I had to take another loss. I will look into their practices through the BBB and FTC and if a class action claim is needed then I will proceed from there.

Portions are generous, flavors are authentic, and the quality is consistent. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. The staff was friendly, fast, and the place was clean and welcoming.

I've known Falafel Times for a long while now and hit up when the occasional falafel craving hits. Recently, I saw the Inquirer do a piece on the viral Crispy Chicken Shawarma Wrap and had to give it a try. It was excellent, crispy as advertised, with chicken from the spit, fried onions and a really flavorful sauce. My understanding is this is a Syrian style sandwich. It has only been an hour and I am already craving it again. The Crispy Chicken Shawarma will become a staple in my lunch rotation.
