I've known Falafel Times for a long while now and hit up when the occasional falafel craving hits. Recently, I saw the Inquirer do a piece on the viral Crispy Chicken Shawarma Wrap and had to give it a try. It was excellent, crispy as advertised, with chicken from the spit, fried onions and a really flavorful sauce. My understanding is this is a Syrian style sandwich.
