Been there dozens of times and it’s always on point. Staff is great as well. If you’re going for the first time I’d recommend the Marie, the Bronco, and whatever the weekly special is.

Great Italian Hoagie spot in the heart of the neighborhood. The Chicken Cutlet is the real deal. They have just enough crunch to it on a worthy Philly hoagie roll. The people here- including owner- are warm and responsive dishin’ out these beauties. Pricing quite reasonable.Thank you guys for breathing fire into an area that needed a for-real hoagie spot. Now easily on the rotation.

The sandwiches here are PHENOMENAL! I have tried several and none have disappointed. The Marie is my favorite so far. Great friendly service AND they give a discount to active military and first responders. Much appreciated for that! I'm glad this spot is right around the corner from my work.

Best Italian Hoagie since they made them in Rome. Absolutely fresh, flavorful and craft made. Meats were cut to order, perfectly dressed and a very nice roll. Staff were friendly, shop was clean and organized. Most highly recommended.

I ate a hoagie from here and it was one of the greatest things I've ever eaten. Italian with sharp provolone, lettuce, no onions or tomatoes, add banana peppers, mayo vinegar. Amazing.

Holy cannoli, that's the best meatball sub I've ever had in my life!I have never liked a chicken cutlet sandwich, most I find to be soggy, bland and not appetizing in the least. Well, I stand corrected, I actually LOVE chicken cutlet sandwiches, but only Farina Di Vita chicken cutlet sandwiches.I hope the owners never change the recipes because everything is already perfect. I’ve been coming through for a while now and everytime I’m greeted by smiling faces and a busy shop. The team here executes their food passionately and beautifully. And I have yet to eat something that I didn’t think about for days. The pop up events are sleepers. Keep an eye out for the things going on Monday nights. The collabs bring in some things you’d never even think of. One of the best in south Philly hands down, thumbs up.

One of the best hoagies you'll find anywhere. Staff treats you like family and the quality of their food is second to none. The meatball, Damien and Papale Special are my go to sandwiches but they're all amazing.

Amazing sandwich shop with authentic and fresh ingredients. Everything I've tried has been fantastic. From the fresh rolls, the delicious ingredients, and the staff - this place is an absolute staple in our home. If you're reading this and wondering if you should give it a try...do it! We will 100% be back

Wow wow wow!! I have to say since becoming pescatarian I don't eat many sandwiches these days, and tuna isn't my ultimate choice but when I tell you something about that tuna hoagie that I had from Farina Di Vita was so nostalgic and just everything I needed! I have not stopped thinking about how delicious that sandwich was. The bread was one of a kind, and trust me, I am an Amoroso girl but I could tell that someone baked that bread with love. It was buttery, and flavorful, and I believe they receive their bread in house daily from a local bakery. It's always the little touches like this that go a long way for me because it's significant to their brand so it should be acknowledged. The tuna salad was made to perfection and of course I topped it off with some tomatoes, lettuce, onions and sweet peppers (the pickles were for my boyfriend haha) but this spot is without a doubt a 10/10 in my book. Thank you Farina Di Vita, you have a returning customer in me!

One of the best. Always hits the spot. Always friendly. Bonus points for the painting of Billy Batts. If you know, you know.

Farina is next level and never disappoints. They belong on all of the top Philly deli lists! The cutlets and hoagies are built on Sarcone’s with great attention to detail and the freshest ingredients. Everything is created with skill and love. Favorites include: Bronco cutlet, Damien cutlet, Italian, Marie, and all of the special requests they’ve made for me — with zero attitude, I might add. Specials consistently slap. I need to try the meatballs.
