The greeter very nice and professionally. I went to use the restroom and my husband was still standing there without being served. Mind you the place is not packed at all. The bartender was too busy chatting and not reading the room. My husband finally went and gestured to serve us. The bartender just say oh I’ll be down there. We walked out. Coming from Jersey stopped in to have a drink and was very disappointed.

The server is absolutely rude she speaks to people as if they are bothering her she rolls her eyes when people arent looking and all around just has a nasty demeanor. I also was taken back by her making and touching customers food with the poor dental hygiene she has with teeth that looks like she chews on rocks. She doesn't wear gloves at times she touched near her mouth 🤢 Fat Tuesdays has potential but please send a secret shopper to meet your very unprofessional bartender. I also observed she tends to be rude to a certain demographic of people while nice to another. I understand it can be frustrating cooking and bartending but the customers have nothing to do with the staffing issue. Hope this helps someone else before coming here.

If I could leave a zero I would. The place was dirty and the bartender was incredibly rude. Asked for flavors of canned drinks and then brought out the wrong thing, didn’t have anything from the food menu we tried ordering. Won’t be back

This has really gone downhill. We didn’t have any food, I’m not sure if they serve anything other than frozen drinks, and those drinks were AWFUL! Seriously, the drinks were really bad, no booze, all saccharin tasting, gross! Too many better places to get a drink.
The server ignored us, blatantly. The security guard was rude and disrespectful to other customers. It’s a very slow night and the bathroom is trashed, for no reason!!!
