First and foremost I love the location and decor of building. Awesome Awesome Customer service. Menus were legible and neat. Food was prompt and on point. OMG the Turkey wings are gonna drive you guys crazy! The Mac n Cheese had to come from someone's grandma cause it's on point. Highly recommend to go there because I'm definitely going back myself. Thank you Favors keep up the great work!

I had ordered the fried chicken platter, the chicken is made to order which I love, the wings are big which is a plus I enjoyed the wings a lot, the collard greens were great the baked Mac and cheese does need more flavor as it is quite bland but overall I would be back again

I had decided to try this place because I had a taste with soul food I ordered a meatloaf platter with mac and cheese and yams I'm sorry I even went here the mac and cheese is dry the meatloaf well turkey meatloaf is not well cooked so it's a little raw I actually have to put this back into the my oven to cook it some more and the yams it's okay but not too good so I'm sorry I even tried this place out waste of money

The food was terrible macaroni tuna fish salad was bland un-seasoned the ribs tasted like they were baked in a oven and smelled like cat food I couldn't finish them or any of the food for that matter. I wish I could get my money back terrible

I was excited to try the food. How can cooks get soul food so wrong?My bbq backed chicken Was $9.99And it was 1 wet quarter leg with plenty of juice in the tray. (Quarter Legs are like $5!for 5 pounds raw) Basically bbq sauce poured on top and not baked on top.The Baked Mac & Cheese was salty stocked today and dry. It didn’t taste fresh at all.Collard greens was really soft like they were over cooked , they just dissolved in the tongue. The yams was sweet watery and darker then any yams I am use to.Therefore, with all these issues I won’t be a returning customer. Money wasted and I would not recommend Favors to anyone.Very disappointedIf you sell soul food that’s what it should be. Taste and presentation should be on POINT!!!Never Again
I used to love favors but idk wats goin on the ribs were so dry and almost no sauce, the Mac n cheese was not fresh at least 3 days old cabbage and potato salad was delicious cornbread was also dry and old it crumbled as soon as i unwrapped the plastic wrap it came in. FISH SANDWICH WAS DELICIOUS pretty hard to mess that up. I won’t be goin back anymore too disappointed

The food I ordered today was not good at all. Macaroni cheese was not cheesy, greens to salty and meat loaf overly seasoned. It was a waste of my money and I barely ate the food. In the pass when I ordered food from them it was good.
