I went in today to get some chocolates for Easter. I waited with my items in hand, after already waiting for two other people ahead of me to check out. I was going to ask for additional chocolate covered pretzels once I got to the counter. However, when I got to the counter to make my purchase and ask for the additional items. The cashier (a white women with blonde hair) never acknowledged me. So I stood there with my items in hand as she preoccupied herself with fixing receipts and other papers at the cash register. Then a young white man came in and stood beside me, she looked up and smile and said how can I help you...to the person that had just walked in, despite me being in the store for almost 10mins. I then placed my items down on the counter and began to leave. As I was leaving, another customer that was sitting in the store said to me " I saw that" and I replied " I did too", and walked out. VERY MEDIOCRE ICE CREAM! I wouldn't be surprised if it was something just bought from a grocery store. The Cheesecake was good though...even though they weren't sure what flavor it was, it definitely didn't taste like what they said. Let me not forget that the lids for their ice cream cups didn't even fit nor did they have lids for the cups that should fit. The children had to throw their ice cream away. Never again.... there's potential a better shop a few doors down, we'll try that next.

My hostess trays for Christmas were beautiful. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Angel was patient and went out of her way to accommodate me on the busiest time of the year. Chocolate covered snacks are delicious.Thank you Angel and staffMerry Christmas
I live in the neighborhood and I decided to hang out on passyunk with a couple of friends. We went to dinner and then walked across the street afterwards for ice cream. I got a small cup and I was surprised by the human size portions I received and the low cost. I had just had ice cream the day before at a new place that charged double the price and with the same portions but there I got a medium. The girls at Favors that served us were friendly and the ice cream was tasty. The money we expected to spend became a tip for the industrious teens that waited on us. It's nice to know that there are some places left in Philly that are still budget friendly. Way to go Favors!

Took kids here for ? ice cream here.....it's an awesome place. The workers are really nice. The watermelon ? smoothies are the best .so good . The big selection or cones and ice cream was also good . Highly recommend this place
