I cannot recommend Doug and the Feastivities team enough for your wedding. Between the team, the food, and the services they provide, you are in good hands!
Doug was so responsive and patient throughout the planning process and answered all of my random questions promptly. He would stay in touch intermittently so it didn't feel like I booked them months in advance and then never heard from them until the event. He also made me, my fiancé, and my family feel very special during the tasting we did in person at the Feastivities offices.
Now, the food. We got SO MANY compliments on the food!! Passed bites during cocktail hour is my favorite part of weddings, and I loved that I could pick so many diverse and delicious options. Everyone loved the tomato soup shooters with tiny grilled cheeses! We chose the buffet option, and it was the best buffet food I've ever had at a wedding. Many of our guests agreed. They were also so accommodating with adjusting the menu for dietary restrictions.
Finally, the service. I cannot emphasize enough how nice it was that my catering contract included a cake with a nearby bakery. All I had to do was eat cake and make some design choices. Easy! The bartenders were great, and made our signature cocktails deliciously. Doug helped us estimate amounts of alcohol to provide, and he also made sure we always had a drink at our actual wedding. He made us plates so we didn't have to go through the buffet, which gave us plenty of time to eat and socialize.
Basically, I didn't have to worry at all about the food, and Feastivities were a huge contribution to what I can only describe as the absolute perfect wedding day.

Bernice and Jeffrey were great to work with when developing our vision for our special day. The tasting process was simple and straightforward. The only difficult part was choosing between all the delicious options. They also worked with us to develop a unique dessert bar which all the guests enjoyed. Maria went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of, including making sure that we had fresh hors d'oeuvres in the bridal suite prior to going down to party with everyone else. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The staff set up our decor just as we had envisioned and were quick and efficient in helping pack up everything at the end of the night to load back into our cars. We greatly appreciated everyone’s assistance in making the day a memorable one!

I’ve never been so horrified by a catering experience in my life. If food safety and basic hygiene matter to you at all, stay far away from Feastivities Events. To start, the food looked like it had been sitting out all day. Lukewarm, congealed, and clearly neglected. It was as if they prepared everything in the morning and just left it there until guests arrived. Not just unappetizing completely unsafe. But it gets worse. When it came time for dessert, someone opened the freezer where the ice cream for the evening was stored. What we saw was absolutely revolting mold growing inside the freezer, all over the lower tubs of ice cream. And what did the staff do? They still served the tubs that were on top, despite them being stored in the same contaminated space. I’m not exaggerating when I say I was sick to my stomach just looking at it. It’s an outright health hazard, and it’s deeply disturbing that a company operating in the food industry would allow this to happen let alone serve it to paying guests. This goes beyond bad service this is negligence. I wouldn’t trust Feastivities Events to handle a packed lunch, let alone cater a full event. Health department, take notice.

Many, Many thanks to Jeffrey Acker and his team for the beautiful work they did at our house for a 60th birthday brunch .From the first phone call (where an actual person answered the phone!) to the last detail the whole experience was professional and superbly executed. The brunch food was delicious and fun - highlights included made to order waffles and a beautiful yogurt parfait board that everyone loved. The set was beautiful. My kitchen was left better than they found it. The staff were lovely, personable, and professional. Again - many thanks to Jeffrey! It was a party that will not be soon forgotten!

My husband and I worked with Doug to plan our event at the Stotesbury Mansion. We seriously cannot imagine having a better team than Doug and the Feastivities crew! We were so taken care of from beginning to end: Doug made sure we had water when we needed, made us our dinner plates, and even helped us sneak away for a breather mid party.We loved that we were able to fully curate our meals, and our guests loved the food! The final touch of skillet warmed cookies and mini bottles of milk at the end of the night was a huge hit!Every single staff member was so friendly, warm, and helpful, we really couldn’t have asked for more. The bartenders were amazing! The waitstaff was so lovely (even when an auntie pulled one Feastivities staff member onto the dance floor!). Doug set up and packed up all of our decor and truly ensured the night flowed seamlessly.I would so, so highly recommend booking with Feastivities (and especially with Doug, if you can!).
