Had one of the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had here. It was like half-cooked. I’ve been to this location many times over the years, and the chicken sandwiches have honestly been that outstanding, but this one was particularly gross. I guess Federal has always served these cuts that are really tough and hard to chew, but it does seem like quality has gone down in recent years. I know they have scaled up their business a lot. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this to anyone visiting Philly anymore.
